150 dB is around the sound level one would need to burst eardrums and these animals have no issue with that. The mantis shrimp and sperm whale both emit sounds that would be deadly (185dB - 200dB being the normal range)
Just- Imagine a 7-year-old Hizashi who is very afraid of his quirk. He's aware of how his parents, his helpers, and his family look at him. He doesn't blame them and as a response, he is near silent. Only ever nodding or shaking his head to communicate, doing things by himself to avoid the chance of slipping up. He's insecure, scared he will hurt someone again, reserved to himself.
That is until he gets shown these animals by one of his quirk therapists.
