same bestie 15-19 were the worst i spent more than half the time dissociating or completely blackedout/unresponsive and l dont remember most of it now thanks cptsd I’m 22 now.. getting farther and farther from it thank god similar ages aswell but i spent age 20 was my first full year sober which is enough of an achievement to push it above the teen troubles
