on mental health and activism - watching video after video of dead kids and bad news is going to take a toll on you. absolutely do not look away, but remember to take care of yourself. take small breaks, eat, sleep, talk to people. remember that you are in this for the long haul and that you're no use to anyone if you have a massive breakdown and can't help anymore

free palestine israel palestine conflict take the break and trust other people to keep making noise for you and then come back nobody is in this alone remember i think everyone is struggling and i think everyone should be there isn't any other reaction to genocide you need to do as much as you can for palestine and trust me you can do that better when you're not physically exhausted and hungry this isn't going to end any time soon so what you're doing HAS to be sustainable id like to emphasize though that you still have yo keel engaging as much as you can just be smart about it
