mental health not-so-fun fact ig but I used to have panic attacks pretty regularly. basically since around puberty they’ve almost completely fizzled out in recent years (to the point that I forget it used to be an issue for me) thanks to my mental health stabilizing as an adult (and the many hours of facing and unpacking trauma… I think there’s a correlation there haha…) I’m kind of surprised it seems to be so common for people though just going off this poll
