i drink a coffee and then eat a box of kraft mac n cheese i take Tylenol and three Benadryl and turn all the lights off i put my small fan on my face at full blast and i cover my eyes and ear with a Spider-Man plush so the wind doesn't bother my ears if i can stand it i have a head wrap thing that i take out of the freezer and freeze my eyes my migraines like to sit behind my eyes i will also take something for my stomach so i dont get sick and then i sleep for as long as i possibly can
