Curate, connect, and discover
May you always have the courage to lead with the heart.
The most magnetic thing you can do is to let yourself be fully loved—exactly as you are.
Let life meet you where faith begins.
In order to see things clearly, you must let go of resentment.
Learn how to be fluent in silence so that you can be directed accordingly.
Stillness has a way of pulling everything to the surface. The dreams you have tucked away, the fears you don’t speak out loud, the memories that still echo, and the questions that still don’t have answers. It’s when your guard is down and the world is quiet that your soul speaks the loudest. Even in the weight of it all the wisdom is still unfolding, the thoughts and feelings are not here to torment you, there here to show you the truth of your heart, what needs your love, your attention, your healing. Allow the quiet to soften what the distractions may sharpen. Allow your soul to feel heard so that you can understand the map of your heart and move in the direction of what’s purposeful and true.
A soul mate isn’t discovered—they are forged through devotion.
A soul mate isn’t fate alone, it’s who you rise and unravel with. It’s who holds space for your full truth-it’s who you choose, water and grow with time and time again.
Your body is sacred. Your energy is sacred—who you share it with matters more than what people realise.
The most important things are not always the most obvious.
I didn’t chase attention, I commanded presence.
Sometimes we need to make a conscious effort to have faith in others. To see things from another perspective.
Breathe new love into your soul.
There is always a way back to love and renewal through forgiveness. There is always an opportunity to make right your wrongs and breathe new life into your heart. The journey of forgiveness often begins within ourselves, a willingness to be open and a desire to be in union with our soul.
To forgive others, we must first confront our own mistakes and accept our humanity. When we hold onto guilt or resentment towards ourselves, it becomes a barrier to extending that compassion to others. This weight of unacknowledged mistakes can cloud our judgment and perpetuate cycles of blame and hurt. By forgiving ourselves, we create a space for understanding and empathy, not only for ourselves but for those around us.
By nurturing a forgiving attitude towards ourselves, we set the foundation for healing relationships and in turn creating a more compassionate world.
When the connection is shallow, replacement feels easy. They built comfort, not connection.
Seeing you happy makes my soul smile.
Not everyone needs access to the layers of your mind.
If what you love in someone is their essence, their spirit, their love…that is eternal and it never leaves because it is a part of you.
I admire the person you try to hide from the world.
If something is everything how can it know itself?
There’s nothing more magnetic than a person in their power!
Be mindful, your compassion can turn into self sacrifice in an instant.
Your blame blinds you from taking personal responsibility.
Being single and celibate is a necessary beautiful and precious journey. This time spent alone offers an opportunity for healing and a recalibration of your energetic system that you just can’t get with searching for outside comfort and validation—it’s an experience that can only be fully realised when you dedicate yourself to self-discovery.
Embrace your freedom; it is a vital aspect of uncovering your true self, building your foundation and aligning with the deepest truths of your heart.
I have a deep appreciation for people who take care and responsibility for their own health. I have huge admiration for those who pour into themselves and create balance so that their mental wellbeing is a priority. I have loving respect for anyone I care for who doesn’t cause me to continually worry about their physical, mental and spiritual health so that I too can balance the love I have for you with the love I need for me.
If you are continually surrounded by those who lead with fear, people who bleed stress and anxiety in their daily lives—eventually you will embody this energy too. It will show up in your thought forms and then it will present itself in your body.
It is your responsibility to balance and align only yourself Adjust what needs to be adjusted and remove what needs to be changed.
Allow yourself to be loved so deeply that it triggers everything inside of you that no longer needs to be carried.
