polls reblogs but at the same time i have lots of ships i like!!!!! anyone who knows me to a certain extent is probably at least somewhat aware it's fun and i love smushing my favs together and drawing parallels and making them kiss kiss fall in love when it comes to irl i really dont understand romantic love or the merits of it at all? or how it's like. a genuine thing that happens to anyone?? or like. at the same time i can see it making sense to everyone else except me?? its hard to explain also i only made this realization a few months ago but it seeps into my writing of ships like i forgot there's a specific. emotion to beinf and falling in love? and wanting to be in love?? that i dont really feel honestly?? and that relationships in romantic ships are more than just fitting logical pieces of the puzzle together and making them stand next to each other like being in love is. a feeling. and there's supposed to be more. personal excitement and interest from one or botth sides that's why my writing never felt truly “shippy” i realized it's not that i don't actually see them romantically either!! like i said: kiss kiss fall in love they should hold hands and all that it's just. my lack of comprehension or care to it irl translates into my writing sometimes it's hard to explain.. but I'm trying to improve at it !!!! real aro moment
