Okay So Does Anyone Ever Feel Like This?

I don’t know how to describe it without sounding like I should be in a mental institution but I feel like this when my brain decides something is not right with how I’m currently existing.

help Please tell me this makes sense is it overstimulation? it could be under stimulation??? the buzzing is normal right? it’s like being trapped in your own skull but being lucid at the same time I’m a psychology student this was never in the lectures
