How it should’ve ended

In Ch. 1, when Ben kisses Bev after she sees the deadlights, everyone (except for Bill) sees that moment. After that, Bev wakes up.

So WHaT IF, when Richie wakes up from seeing the deadlights, and sees Eddie (who is the only one close to him), He immediately thought he just kissed him??

okay so I saw a post on Instagram saying that James Ransone and Jay Ryan are problematic and I'm genuinely confused. Can anyone tell me if this is true? And if it is, what did they do??
