Before the Wild Robot, I saw the trailer for Sonic 3. Let me tell you my eyes LIT UP so that night I went hope and immediately watched the first Sonic movie. Then I watched the second because it was SOO GOOOD and now I’m one episode away from finishing Knuckles and have been reading a few comic from 2018-ish

Random Sonic headcanons because why not
Tails has a comic book collecting hobby, yet only Sonic knows about it. Sometimes, they like to make pillow forts together and read them at night, like a secret book club.
Speaking of book clubs, Amy is a very avid reader and has joined at least 5 book clubs in her lifetime
Knuckles doesn't know how to cook.
Metal Sonic is the same age as Sonic in Mobian years.
Eggman has absolutely no clue how to raise teenagers, especially if said teenager is a killer robot who had an emo phase and tried to take over the world once.
Infinite is known to howl like an actual jackal sometimes, but he only does this in private to spare the embarrassment
Infinite looks like a 20 year old but he's actually a teenager. That's because the Phantom Ruby made him act more mature
Sonic writing prompts
I felt like coming up with Sonic prompts, so feel free to write something with these!
1.Amy and Knuckles bake cookies for everyone! Well they try to at least, shenanigans ensue and this results in the oven nearly catching on fire. But somehow they manage to get it done.
2.Sonic using math based pick up lines on Infinite. This results in Sonic winning the fight and Infinite's just floating there bluescreening. Bonus if next fight Infinite does the same towards Sonic and they turn it into some kind of game.
3.Eggman taking Sage to Disneyland along with Metal Sonic.
4.Metal Sonic trying to impress an oblivious Amy Rose while on a mission. Spoiler:it doesn't work
5.Knuckles trying to take a vacation away from the Master Emerald while Sonic guards it for him. (Based off of the Spongebob episode "Squids Day Off").
6.A confused Metal Sonic tries to learn about Mobian culture with a little help from Amy. Metal learns many things but that still doesn't explain this weird feeling he has whenever he's around her.
What I learned from the Sonic Twitter Takeover 6
-Amy and Shadow are fans of Taylor Swift.
-Knuckles likes rocks that are shaped like animals and collects them as a hobby
-Eggman had a manbun from when he still had hair
-The Bee Movie and the Sonic Games exist in Sonic's universe
-Shadow is possibly Pansexual
-Amy likes to visit Little Planet when she has the time
-Little Planet appears once a month every year
-Knuckles hates the Macarina

After everything, only thing he can think about till the sun kisses the horizon
are unrealistic 'we could've's and 'what if's
Sonic doesn't know that shadow is alive, how could he? But every time dreams show him shadows troubled face his mind involuntarily jumps to what could've been. Dread and fantasies rolling film after film after film, keeping him up more often than not. He'd never admit it, not even to shadow himself.

Just wanted to practice poses a lil with them, then it just turned into shadow picking up all the brothers
What a way to tell your big brother you're crushing on your only and biggest rival (reasonably so)
Orrr the Wachowski brothers doing the 'hear me out cake' trend, which was first and foremost Sonic's idea. They told Tails off tho, he still doesn't know why.

I started watching Sonic prime. I am way too emotionally invested to the show. I have watched like 3-4 episode and can't get enough. I love Nine like a son. I also want to know what is going on with Rouge and Knuckles at all times.
