i pulled away from him, my eyes scanning his face.

“what- what is it?” lucas asks, eyes a little terrified.

i dive back in for another kiss. it’s a press of lips and a swipe of the tongue before i pull away again.

“you taste sweet, sinclair,” i state plainly.

the boy chuckles nervously. “umm… thank you?”
