Her mood was already soured prior to running into Marinette. It wasn't even the humiliation of her defeat as Miracle Queen that had set her off; no, it was the notion that Ladybug was never going to give her the bee Miraculous again. The notion that Ladybug, someone she had admired and been a fan of, didn't trust her with it. Quite literally running into Marinette Dupain-Cheng just hours after the battle, was simply a stroke of bad luck. Marinette, with her ridiculously clumsy ways and downright embarrassing lack of conversation skills β and yet everyone in their class seemed to adore her. It didn't make any sense!
