mdzs lan wangji wei wuxian meta mdzs meta its interesting if characters do bad shit and its treated seriously and made to fit the story its infuriating when characters do bad shit and the narrative rewards them for it while condemning others for doing the same thing also when fandom says its okay that They did it but not those other ones over there doing it because they arent my faves we all have fave-centered morality. or protagonist centered morality or whatever. we are biased in favor of things we like maybe we dont want our faves or protagonist to be Good and Moral and Right but humans are biased to things we like we are all super biased its fine i am super biased please just stop saying that your biases are objectively correct. i know it is tempting because they seem so right and correct! i know! i struggle with it myself. anyway seeing a lot of something mildly irritating takes me from mildly irritated to really angry about it
