Merlin X Valen - Blog Posts

I've posted a new fanfiction to ao3! "The Fall Festival Fable", where Magister Merlin Starhawk gets a letter from Sinbad inviting him to Rustport to find out what the "Fall Festival" is, and Valen tags along for the impromptu vacation. Shenanigans ensue, causing chaos in Rustport and making Merlin question his mysterious past.

It's based on the Fall Harvest event that happened a while back, perfect for those who wanted for it to go more in depth, or for those who missed it entirely. It's also full of lore for Starhawk.

The work is finished, and every day two chapters will be posted until Sunday where I will post the final chapter! I'll also be posting an illustration (or two) for the fanfic soon.

  ["Valen, please, who hurt you to this degree? You are a few drinks away from being whisked away by Dionel. Into the underworld." Merlin shook Valen by the shoulder, growing increasingly serious when Valen didn't respond.

  "Who hurt me was... me." 

  It was good he was responsive, but that was a bloody stupid response.]
