I mean what is lorne's reaction of him becoming a father and pregnant MC telling him it as a suprise.
i salute you for getting that far tbh you'd have to be a very brave soul!
honestly I don't think lorne's thought that far ahead. he pretty much believes you're going to discover the lie one day and it's all going to go up in flames. considering the fact that he has a very complicated relationship with his own family, it might make him a little hesitant to start one himself (there's also the deep rooted self hatred that he would probably end up projecting on his kid if they were to take after him), but he's not opposed to the idea per say.
If you just up and told him you were pregnant out of the blue he'd probably panic a little, but he'd eventually warm up to it. Lorne would spoil you throughout the pregnancy and provide for you... in his own way (lots and lots of meat).
congrats on your new creature ♡
imagine reader combing or braiding lorne's hair (//∇//)
two hours of braiding later...
what abt reader creating a long cardigan for your angel-like oc, because they don't want him/them to be cold!! You can make this the same reader who baked for the oc
i hope ur okay with a sketch I feel like this sums it up better than what I could write :')
yandere!eldritch horror moves into the apartment next door and you're not okay with it.
He's an absolutely terrible neighbor. You see people enter his apartment every night, but you never see them leave the morning after. Must be drunk hookups, right? You don't know, and you don't care, but there are weird nightly noises coming from his place, and his face is a strange dark blur that you have trouble picturing, and you swear there's a sour smell wafting out from under his door.
Every time you try to talk to him about keeping it down or getting rid of that God awful stench, you're suddenly afflicted with a piercing headache... ugh, what were you even going to say again? You can't remember, but the way he's looking at you with wide blue... no, brown eyes and a grin stretched sickeningly far makes you think you should leave it.
While you’re busy figuring out how to get him evicted, the abomination dwelling on the other side of your paper thin walls gets the idea that you're trying to ask him out.
You approach him so often, you must like him, right? He's giddy just imagining it. Yeah, you come up to him with a grimace, but then you catch his eye and a forced smile takes its place. You haven't asked him to be yours yet because you're shy (he understands humans so well!).
No worries! He doesn't have an issue initiating. The meat sack he wears may not be the most convincing (he's inexperienced, just recently escaped into human society), but you'll be impressed by his real form for sure. All of the members of his old cult praised him for it, after all.
Many eyes to watch you with. Many limbs to touch you with. Many teeth to devour the flesh of your enemies with. What more could you possibly want?
Back then the cultists were so enamored with the lumbering heap of distorted skin and bone he possessed, feeding his ravenous hunger until he was quelled. He hated what he was to them, hated what they made him into. They search for their missing idol, but he makes sure they never make it back to utter a word of his new identity.
He moved in after leaving the cult that created him, quickly coming up with a flimsy human adjacent shell to not raise suspicion. Having mind altering abilities also comes in handy, too- no one but you seems to pay any mind to his existence in your run down complex.
Now that he has you, nothing will ever drag him back to their clutches. Being treated like an otherworldly god has nothing on the way you make him feel when you ask what the hell is rotting in his apartment ♡
and when I looked into your eyes, i saw the true nature of divinity.
(alt version under cut)

thinking about a yandere!creature who deceptively looks angelic pretending to be your guardian angel after you mistake him for one.
𝙻𝚘𝚛𝚗𝚎 is an anomaly to his kind due to his unnatural white hair and wings, a disadvantage to night stalkers who aim to hide in the shadows. Ostracization from an already elusive species of winged beasts has led him to grow resentful, a seed of vitriolic bitterness slithering its way through him like a poison. A violent demeanor bestows him, slaughtering mercilessly to find retribution for his ghastly appearance, a trait he sees as his ultimate flaw.
Until he meets you; a human who's never seen such a beautiful creature. There was something hypnotizing about him, cold and blazing like the moon that commands the tides. The first words he whispers towards you, Be not afraid, cements the idea that an angel has truly come upon you.
Instead of disgust at his abnormality, you show him a kindness he has never known from his own. You invite him into your home with veneration, share stories of your life, ask him if he's there to watch over you. When you look up at him with those eyes full of naive faith, trusting him so sincerely, he finds maybe he can play along.
Yes, he'll take care of those townspeople who have been bothering you. Watchful eyes following you in the dark become your new norm.
He'll never admit that he's not from heaven. He won't tell you that he's never met your God. May you never know the blood he has spilled to spite his wretched existence. He'll keep up the lie as long as he gets to be your guardian angel, as long as you see him as the light in your life.
With you his flesh feels less cursed, with you he feels sacred.
After all, what is an angel without a god?
Omg, I love your angel oc! Could you perhaps write a drabble about him and an s/o who bakes and makes sweets, that also has an equally sweet personality? Thanks a bunch!
thank!!
He wouldn't really understand your hobby. He gets the basic concept of cooking, but the more complex process of gathering different ingredients, prepping them, and then coagulating them until they've forfeited most of their original properties is lost on him. He would rather just eat your neighbor, but if you really insisted he'd try something you make.

cw: animal death
Heat was drifting throughout your home. A modest fire crackled pleasantly, the ceaseless sound carrying with it the scent of warm sugar and vanilla. One look at the pastries told you they were goldening nicely in the flames, crisp dough rising until it was bloated from the hot air inside of it. Only a few minutes; then they would be ready.
Clicking on glass stole your attention from the dishes in your hands. The window, left uncovered to the vast woodland bordering it, was the source of the interruption. Without turning your head to look, a smile drew across your face. You knew who your visitor was.
Shuffling out of your humble kitchen and towards the window, you spied flashes of white feathers and an inhumanly tall form bending down to peer inside. Your heart beat increased, not out of fear, but excitement to present your gift for the creature- the angel.
The window creaks open as you unlock it, letting the cool evening breeze whistle through your hair and drag the sugary scent out with it.
"Hello!" you chirped, a giddy tone resonating in your greeting. The being looked down at you with a faint smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
You turned towards the kitchen again, "One moment!" you called, hurrying to fetch the baked sweets before the fire chars them. They came out steaming, sweet light whiffs that had been permeating your home hit you at full force once they came out.
It was a simple treat, sugary cookies that you had perfected. No one had ever said they disliked them.
There you were at the window again, hot tray in hand. The angel waited patiently beyond your walls for your return. Long ivory hair draped over his eyes and cascaded down his shoulders like a waterfall, so pale it seemed to reflect light even in the presence of the falling sun. He seemed to only ever visit you at night, when the light fades into nothing but the soft glow of the moon.
You presented the cookies to him, placing the tray on your window sill.
"An offering?" He quietly asked, smooth voice tinged with the hint of an accent you couldn't quite place. Though you nodded at his inquiry, he made no effort to take one.
You picked one up off the tray, taking a nibble of it in what you hoped to be a reassuring way. "They're sweet, see? I made them myself."
You practically shoved one towards him, wide doe eyes encompassing the look of a kicked puppy. "I wanted to find a small way to thank you," you mumbled genuinely. It was true- ever since you met him, life had started looking up for you. It was little things, you were rarely ever harassed anymore and people you disliked never came upon you again. You had no doubt it was the work of your guardian angel.
He stared at you through the wisps of white hair covering his eyes for a few moments longer. Then, slowly, he reached to pick one up, two long fingers pinching the treat between them.
You caught a glance of spired, bladelike teeth before he swallowed. You never questioned why an angel would have such a trait.
"How was it?" you inquired, beaming for a reaction.
His face, as far as you could tell, was blank. However, the magnificent pair of bone white wings behind him shuddered ever so slightly.
"Different."
You would take that.
The next morning, you awoke to the thick, metallic scent of rot. You searched for the origin of the putrid fumes, worried that you had left something out, when you had found it. A present was left for you on your doorstep; the corpse of a freshly deceased fawn, its head snapped to look in your direction. The wide eyed stare frozen onto its face held an unspoken warning.
An offering, for an offering.

cw: mentions of death, disturbing imagery
as a fish takes refuge inside an oyster, it sees only the chance to hide from the unforgiving water within the calm mollusk, unaware of the true nature of its biology. unfortunately for the fish, the oyster has already activated its unique defense mechanism, encasing the fish as an immortal, precious pearl.
The rhythmic push and pull of the tides never failed to lull you into a state of mild stupor. Soft, slightly cool sand cushioned you while a gentle breeze brushed past your cheek and played with your hair. The day was only moderately gloomy, a grey tinted sky hanging over you as the clouds came and went, the sun nowhere to be seen. Still, you almost liked it better like this. The beach was more private, freer without the confines of eyes watching it.
Your calloused feet hopped onto the rocky shore, leaving the inviting sand disturbed as a sign of your presence. The salty ocean scent intensified the closer you came to the evermoving water. You stood atop the tallest rock, attempting to scan the waves at your vantage point, searching for your most curious find.
At last, peeking out from between the waves, did you spot the partially submerged head of your friend. His black eyes were trained on your form, no doubt watching you long before you noticed him.
A grin emerged across your face. "I see you!" you called, motioning for him to come closer as you waded into the water. The eyes disappeared beneath the tide at your request.
You felt him before you could see him, smooth scales wrapping around your leg in a firm hold. He reappeared directly in front of you, inky black eyes mere inches away from your own.
The creature's appearance was a far cry from the mermaids of your childhood, beautiful human women who happened to have a tail as their bottom half. No, he hardly mirrored the sentimental fairytale. You noticed his eyes first, sclera and pupil alike darkened together as they melded into each other- then you noticed his rubbery flesh stretched taunt across his sharp bones, with pale, sallow skin, nearly as grey as a corpse. You initially thought that's what he had been when he simply peered at you from afar, unmoving and unblinking against the rocking sea. He was just humanoid enough to lure concerned passersby like yourself deeper into the water, yet not quite passable as human.
In a closer vicinity, as you are now, you could see small scales dotting his cheeks and neck. Under the right light they appeared as little moons, revealing an opalescent luster that you could only describe as ethereal.
"Hello," you greeted with a wide close-lipped smile. Last time you had bared your teeth at him ended with him misunderstanding your friendliness for a threat. You weren't sure if he could talk, but that didn't stop you from trying to make conversation. You had a feeling he understood you to an extent anyways.
The mercreature tilted his head sideways in response, sleek, wet dark hair falling over his shoulder. An inscrutable expression remained plastered on his features; one you gave up trying to interpret using human facial language.
Silky scales gently tugged you further into the waves towards a rocky mass that stood above the crashing water. The current strengthened, oscillating you to its whims, but the guidance of the unyielding sea creature kept you from being swept away entirely. Although you would consider yourself a strong swimmer, you knew you would never compare to a creature born of the water, one who moved so in tune to the sea that his lithe form became indistinguishable from the tides.
Finally, you reached the rocks, gripping the relatively dry surface for relief from the unrelenting waters. You found a comfortable position on them, resting your upper body while you let your legs dangle. The mercreature remained below, lower half of his face once again concealed under the water, leaving only his unblinking eyes visible. His body underneath the water became obscured even further by the dark ring of hair that floated around him. Those eyes regarded you with scrutinizing intensity that would've resembled a predator, had you thought hard enough about it.
"What a nice view-" you began, but the thought was cut short when your companion pulled himself below the water, disappearing from your sight almost completely, save for the movement in the water that signified a strong tail pushing against it.
Confusion laced your face. The few minutes he had gone was enough to make you worry. Why had he left so abruptly? Surely he would be back? You weren't certain you could swim back to shore on your own. Although you trusted him- in fact, you would even consider him a friend- doubt from his apparent unpredictability lingered. After all, you had no way to reliably communicate, nor were you sure if your opinion of your relationship was mutual.
Your concerns vanished as he broke the surface of the water, swimming towards the rocks with something that gleamed as the light hit it.
He stopped at your feet, lifting the object slowly up to you. If you hadn't known better, you'd say the action seemed almost shy.
A gasp left you as you got a view of it. In his webbed, slender fingers lay a glistering mass of refined pearl, hints of color dancing across it the glossy surface. Distantly, you recalled that the creature's scales were of the same material. It resembled an anatomically correct heart. Never before had you seen a pearl shaped in such a way, nor did you know how it could've been, or why the shape was so accurate, even down to the imprint of the vessels. It was as if the thing had been pulsating. Why was it so accurate?
The beautiful piece was presented to you like a gift, so you had gladly accepted. You collected it from the awaiting hands. The coolness of it nearly burned you as it touched your flesh, the brilliant iridescence of it stealing your attention away from the faint scent of iron permeating the breeze. It distracted you from the bloody teeth of the now grinning merman, sharp rows glinting bright cardinal red. You thought nothing of the diluted red in the dark water, seeping towards your feet. The sinking body below, twisted and stuck eternally in a cry for help, was lost to you as you held the glimmering heart with reverence.

need ghost lover reader ̗̀(ꙨꙨ)ː̖́ ghost bf !!! ★
Hello! Thank you for the request! I hope you enjoy ❤️💕🖤🖤💕❤️
He has been trapped in the house for more than a century and has successfully frightened off any inhabitants.
Then you move in, and he is prepared to show himself and have you run away screaming.
He appears in front of you, and your mouth opens in shock as you look him up and down and see his attractiveness.
He expects tears and screaming, but instead, you smile at him and introduce yourself. He awkwardly introduces himself back, caught off guard that you aren’t scared of him.
He takes a moment to compose himself before getting irritated that you are not afraid of him. He vanishes without another word, wearing a scowl.
You feel slightly disappointed by his actions, but you brush it off. You want him, and you don’t give up easily. Besides, if he is a ghost haunting your house, it’s not like he can escape you.
Over the next few weeks, you try to talk to him, going from room to room and having random, one-sided conversations. Unbeknownst to you, he keeps switching rooms whenever you enter a new one. It’s as if you can magically sense where he is.
He keeps himself invisible and just watches you ramble on day in and day out. He can’t deny how attractive you are. Still, he has no interest in courting a human, especially one as seemingly clingy and chatty as you.
Despite his best efforts, he cannot seem to scare you away. The slamming doors, haunting messages written on the steamy mirror after your showers, and odd noises in the middle of the night do not affect you.
The last time you showered, he wrote ‘GET OUT’ on the mirror, hoping you would get the message through your pretty little head. But he just saw you exit with a smile. When he went in after you left, he saw you wrote ‘No’ with a little heart around it. He probably would have smiled if he wasn’t so irritated with you.
He had still been keeping himself hidden even after months and months had passed, but he had been watching you more. Realistically, there wasn’t much else to do. That’s how he justified it to himself anyway.
It all came to a breaking point one night when he heard you say his name. While he was used to hearing your non-stop rambling, you did not often call him by name. Curiously, he made his way to your bedroom.
Upon entering, he found a sight that immediately has his dick hardening. You are sprawled out on your bed, legs spread wide. You have two fingers deep in your glistening cunt, back arched as little mewls left your lips.
Unable to control himself, he becomes visible, his clothes vanishing as he climbs onto your bed and body.
You jolt in surprise when he pulls your wet fingers from your cunt, quickly replacing them with his stiff shaft. He set a fast pace, enjoying your warmth, something he hasn’t had in over a century. You cry out and grip the sheets for dear life cumming hard and fast around his cock.
He follows soon after, leaving you dripping with his ghost cum. He lays beside you on the bed, waiting for you to catch your breath. Your eyes meet his and declare that you are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, so he can’t disappear from you anymore. He rolls his eyes, but you can see the slight smile he’s trying to hide.

If I'm not pushing my luck, can you write something about you being the first hairy person that an elf has been with? Cause I was thinking about it and what if the first human(s) they've been with all shaved and they thought it was standard for us like it was for them, having no hair and all? I really do think they would be both confused and very curious/enthusiastic about it. And what if you were a bit self conscious about it too? 😪 Thank you I'm in love with your stories!!
Hi there! For everyone who hastn't read it, here's the question that started this idea. Enjoy!
Elf x fem!reader || oral sex, pussy worship, body hair appreciation
When you got together you thought he already knew all he needed to know about humans. He was with a couple humans before you, two males and one female, so you thought he already knew... But you were wrong.
First time he saw you naked he stared. And stared. And stared some more to the point you got self conscious about it and ended up putting your clothes back on. You slept very unconfortab that night, and he said nothing. You might have cried a tiny bit. Next day he stared at you even with your clothes on, his eyes fixated in your genitals as you looked at him like he was the weird one (which he was). Later that day he broke down and asked you why did you have hair, if it was some kind of birth defect. You almost threw him out the house, but you breathed deeply and proceeded to explain to him that humans had body hair, that it was normal. He then explained that his previous humans had shaved or something because they were as hairless as elves and that's why he was so surprised when you took off your clothes. You understood his reasoning, but you were still a bit self-conscious, human culture already told you it was bad for you to have body hair, but you weren't about to let your elf boyfriend get away with it, too.
So you didn't take your clothes in front of him. Every time you slept together you put your pj's, not looking at him, and went to sleep with that. You weren't a fan of sleeping with clothes, but a woman had to do what a woman had to do. You could feel him hard behind you, but you weren't ready to face that disappointment and staring at your full bush.
But he wasn't having any of that.
By the fifth time you stayed at his house, he stopped you as you were getting undressed. You looked up at him in surprise, just to see his face flushed and a big tent in his sweatpants. "I- I want to see you," he stuttered.
"What?" You asked, your shirt halfway up your torso.
"I- I want to see your body hair," he confessed in a low tone. He looked so cute at the moment, but you were so fucking confused. You thought he hated your body hair.
You couldn't get the surprise out of your voice: "You do?"
"Yes. I- I liked it." He grabbed his dick and readjusted it, the tip pocking at the waistband of his sweatpants. Your mouth was salivating just looking at him shirtless and with those sinful grey sweatpants.
"You liked it?" You asked, your whole body vibrating with anticipation.
"Very much so..." He said, lowering his pants to let you see his erection already leaking profusely. You licked your lips and got undressed.
He stared and stared, and when your panties were finally on the ground, he licked his lips like you were his next snack. And good goddess if you weren't. He threw you on the bed and went down on you for hours. Your legs trembling around his head as he went to town and told you how great you were, how good you tasted and how glad he was that he discovered you had body hair. He sounded mesmerized by the fact and it made you blush as hard as ever as you came against his lips again.
By the time he was done, there was a pool of your juices under you and his face was completely drenched, but what surprised you more was the puddle of cum under him. You asked and he blushed hard, running to the bathroom to get you a towel.
Later, you discovered that he got so excited about you and your body hair and your pussy that he came at least four times while he ground against the mattress and eat you out. It was so hot thinking he got so worked up just by you being you that you had to push him down and blow him until he was crying.
You've never been so glad of his elf stamina.

"Thank you..."
The voice of a man surrounding you caused your body to tense, quickly searching for the source of the sound. It was deep and warm, engulfing your body in a feeling of warmth that you could not even begin to process.
"Who's there?" You shouted into the air, attempting to sound intimidating despite already having a threat laying on your feet. Your voice echoed off the trees, proving that it was only you, the wolf, and the forest. 'Have I gone crazy?'
The giant wolf began to paw at your leg, rubbing his heavy killer claws gently against your leg as if to capture your attention. The scene before you seemed bizarre, how could a ferocious beast who murdered noblemen not too long ago crave a response from you? It was not possible, maybe he just wanted more food.
“I’m going to need the food, buddy. I can’t spare any more.” You couldn't help but have this nagging voice in the back of your head, telling you to just throw the bag at the beast since you were going to die anyway.
Even if the wolf had let you go, to survive the forest and all its challenges for who knows how long would seem impossible from the current position you were in. Not to mention the fact that even if you did survive you would never be allowed back in your village. They would figure out a way to blame the nobleman and knight's death on you without a proper trial. You would be hung by morning.
Tears welled up in your eyes as you thought about your small home and bakery, only three streets apart from each other. It was all you have ever known, a gift sent from a very generous person who allowed you to live your dreams and to sleep under a warm roof. Baking meant everything to you, creating masterpieces from simple ingredients, turning nothing into something like it was magic.
You can imagine it now, your home and bakery will be raided for any valuables and then torn down. Your house will be sold off to some noble since most of the peasants could not afford housing. The ache in your heart only seemed to increase the more you thought about it. The love and hard work you had put into those places had been destroyed by the events of today.
The wolf's stillness was broken at your tears, head lifting as it crawled on its stomach to inch closer to you, caution in its movements almost as if not to spook you. Now it rested on your lap, nuzzling your thighs and you gulped at the feeling of its soft fuzzy ears against your dress. That would have been the weirdest part if it wasn't for what followed.
"Deep breaths.” The voice was now firm, almost demanding, and from the emphasis of the wolf pushing its body weight into you, it was hard to ignore the obvious answer to your earlier question.
Your hands moved on their own, faster than you could think through your actions, grasping his head and pushing him away from your body so you could stare into his eyes in disbelief. Your head began to feel dizzy as its human-like eyes stared back at you, trying to decipher your reaction.
"I do not wish to scare you, truly I've missed you, Angel."
Maybe it was the fact that the voice sounded like it was in your head, or maybe it was the fact that you had convinced yourself that this voice was coming from the large grey beast in front of you. Or maybe, just maybe it was the familiar nickname you had only dreamed of being called again. Whatever it was, your brain had failed to comprehend it because the next thing you knew a wave of nausea hit you before there was a harsh snap of your cautiousness, vision fading to black as you were left at the mercy of the beast.

He was the Lord's son, making him a celebrity from the moment he was born. His father was said to be a nobody before he moved to your small village, just a simple man with moderate money who chose to terrorize a secluded town too far from the kingdom to get aid.
Everyone hated him, however, he threw his money at people who supported him, quickly buying his way to the top. Eventually, he crowned himself as the ruler of your village, and that's when his true anarchy began.
The Lord began to create laws to which peasants like your family could only succumb, creating impossible taxes to pay if you owned property. This resulted in your family becoming homeless, to which The Lord quickly moved his groupies into the newly vacated market. Yes, it sure did pay to support him.
You and your family had been sleeping on the streets for only one week, but it seemed your parents couldn't take it and left you to fend for yourself, choosing that the four-week trip to the next town would be easier without a child.
At the tender age of eight, you had begged people for labor work so you could make money. It seemed rich nobles loved your sob story because you were quickly employed to do minor tasks like carrying buckets of water for baths. This had afforded you food and sometimes even a place to sleep if the employers were kind enough.
Up until that point you had only seen the Lord's son passing, always hidden behind a crowd of people cooing at him. All you had known about him was that his mother was the daughter of The Lord's biggest supporters and thus was betrothed to him despite having an almost fifteen-year age gap.
It was a normal day, you were trying to decide on a place to sleep after finding no luck for a place to stay. You opted to sleep on an old abandoned hammock near a small field of wildflowers. The scent of the flowers and the slow rocking of the hammock soothed you right to sleep and seeing as there were no signs of rain, it seemed like the perfect spot.
But when you had reached it, you had found that it was already occupied by none other than the young honorable boy. He certainly did not look like royalty at that moment, once an expensive suit ripped and torn, his face caked in mud with round red cheeks stained with what looked like tears.
You were rather agitated, his father had ruined your home, your family, and now he was ruining your sleep. "Wake up," you grumble, shaking his arm. Maybe if you were a bit more mature, with a bit more sense, you would have never dared to touch someone as high status as him. You called his name, which caused him to stir, rubbing one tired eye and opening the other.
His mouth hung open at the sight of you, probably covered in dust from a day worth of hard work, hands battered and scared patting down your dirty dress as you attempted to get his attention. "Why are you here?"
Your question was rude and snippy, but he didn't seem to mind as he just continued to openly gawk at you. You felt your eye twitch at his stupid face, how could someone who practices etiquette all day be so rude? Not that you were being the kindest at that moment.
"Hey! I was asking you a question, young lord," you tried once more, remembering to address him as his title. "Shouldn't you be at home? I'm sure your maid is looking for you."
It was at that moment that he had to be younger than you by a year or two, or at least certainly less mature as he reached out to cup your face, pinching the fat of your cheek as if to check something. "You smell...nice," was his only response.
This only confused you more, but you allowed him to touch your hair and trace your face, almost in a trance from your presence. This was one of the only moments in your life where you had felt important, no one had paid attention to you, always being in the background with no family or friends to share happy moments with. But not you held the attention of one of the most important people in the area.
The moment was ruined when the little boy's stomach growled rather loudly, to which he pulled back and tried to hide his flustered face. "Do you...do you have any food?"
You looked down, reaching into the pocket of your dress to pull out a small cake, clumsily decorated with a smiley face and small shapes. It was the result of your first time baking when a maid for one of the nobles you worked for had taught you how to make one.
"This...this is all I have."
You were ashamed, here you were presenting a rather ugly cake to a boy who had everything. But he didn't reject it or complain, instead he smiled, grabbed the treat, and broke it in half with his hands, offering you one of the parts. "It's not fair for me to take it all if you only have one."
Together you two ate and enjoyed the dessert, beginning to get to know each other over the hours he spend by your hammock. When he asked about his current state he avoided the answer like the plague. The only bit of information he gave you was that he had been locked out of his home due to the maid's not realizing he was missing.
He spent that night with you, sharing the hammock together as you tried to fight the cold. In the morning he left without a word, and you expected him to forget meeting you and move on. But that was not the case, the young noble was almost annoying with how frequently he visited you.
"Angel!" He'd call you, after hearing his maid say that whoever had taken care of him on the night he was locked out must have been an angel sent straight from heaven.
"Angel look! I found this really cool necklace in one of my Mom's boxes."
Surprisingly, the Lord's son was no spoiled brat, in fact as you got to know him he was rather pleasing, always doing the most to make you smile. Although, no one could deny that he was bathed in riches. You even had to explain to him the simplest of things like wheat fields since he had never been near one up close.
"Huh? Put that back she might get angry!"
"No way, she had enough. Do you think it will be enough to buy ingredients? I really want a cookie from you."
Without fail he would ask you for some sort of treat, claiming he became hooked on your baking from the start. In return, he would always bring you gifts, flowers from his private garden, a fancy stone from one of the tables, sometimes even a bag of coins if he was lucky enough to take it without being noticed.
"'s more than enough but I don't think we should be doing this.."
"Please? I'll do anything, Angel. I really, really want one."
You two had many adventures together, playing as heroes saving the kingdom in the fields, and splashing each other in the lake. The lord's son has never been known to be a trouble maker, but with you, he seemed to always want to break free.
"Oh..okay, fine. But promise me you'll take the extra money back to your mom!"
"Fine, fine." That day he had lied, instead of sneaking it into your pocket.
Your friendship had gone on for several months until your ninth birthday when he had promised to give you the best gift he could find. You had waited for him by the hammock all day, but he had never shown up. Just as you were about to fall asleep after angrily preparing your speech to him about lying, the village suddenly came to life with news about the young lord.
What came next was news that the Lord’s only child had been massacred by a witch who was hanged two days later, as well as three large bags of jewelry piled up next to your head when you had woken up the next morning.
"You're the best, I can't wait after wanna play in the field?"
"Sure, but this time I wanna be the princess!"
"Okay, but will I be?"
"You're obviously the hideous monster, you don't even need a costume for that one."
"You're so mean to me!"
"Hey, nobody told you to give me the nickname Angel."

Your eyes slowly opened, sighing at the soft warm glow of a candle and the gentle scent of lavender that made your body melt into the soft cushion beneath you.
Wincing as you tried to turn to look at your surroundings, head throbbing painfully as you recalled the events that had led up to this, but the memory that had just played only distracted you from that goal. You had often thought about him, grateful for everything he had done for you.
He was your best friend, someone who was kind and enjoyable despite who he grew up around. Not only had he helped you discover your passion, had his gift afforded you a place to call home and a start to your business, but he had provided you company in your darkest times. He was simply a miracle whose life had ended too soon.
Once you had gained your bearings you sat up slowly, groaning as your body only continued to ache. You much have hit yourself hard when you fainted. It seemed like you were in a rather cozy-looking bedroom, wood tones and carvings making up the walls with minimal decorating. All the furniture looked handmade and well crafted, made out of solid oak and pine.
Whoever lived here was certainly the handyman.
On the bedside next to you was a dented metal cup filled with water which you quickly drank without thinking, your throat feeling as if it would rip apart if you tried to talk from how dry it was.
When you reached to wipe your mouth a twinge of light shone in the corner of your eye. Your head snapped in the direction from where it came from finding what looked like a small leather hunting bag with the tip of a knife sticking out.
Perfect.
You abandoned the warmth of the bed to grab the weapon, dumping out the remains of the bag, and only after deeming there wasn’t anything else useful in it did you turn to look at the door in the room. It was almost mocking you, daring you to leave the room and face whatever took you. You weren’t quite sure if you were brave enough to face that challenge.
But that question was never answered as instead the beast was sent to you. The door opened softly, revealing a rather large man carefully walking with a small tray of food in his hands trying not to spill its contents.
Your body tensed, holding the knife up threateningly although you failed miserably from how bad your hands were shaking. The man paused, quickly placing the tray of food onto a nearby table to be able to hold up his hands, trying to show you he was no threat.
“Woah woah, wait for a second, put the knife down, Y/N.” The man tried to reason, craning his neck to look into his eyes but you refused, instead of watching his hands in case he suddenly tried to grab you.
“Who the fuck are you? Where am I?” Voice straining from the stress you were under as your fight or flight senses seemed to kick in. You had never experienced such anger or confidence before this very moment. You felt like if necessary you were prepared to kill to save yourself.
“Y/N you know me, I promise I’m not trying to hurt you,” the man pleaded. “Look me in my eyes, tell me you don’t know who I am.”
And you listened, you didn’t know why you chose to finally look at his face, but what you had seen surprised you. You had expected some grungy, rather ugly beast-monster who lived alone in his secluded cabin, never seeing the light of day.
But instead, what you found was the complete opposite. He was tan, slight freckles adorning the sides of his cheeks that were hidden behind the loose strands of messy brown hair that fell onto his face. His pink lips were frowning, revealing creases in his skin and two sharp fangs peaked out of his mouth. Slowly you made your way up to his crooked nose, taking note of his clear skin with no blemishes. Finally, you landed on his eyes, just below two thick scrunched eyebrows creating a rather concerned face.
His eyes, the same ones that had hunted you down yesterday in the forest, hauntingly beautiful shade of grey, pupils large and focused, seemingly swallowing you whole. However, not only did you recognize those eyes in the form of a hairy beast, but you also recognized them from the dream you had minutes ago, eyes you never thought you would see again.
“Cassius?” Cassius Chloros, son of Lord Chloros, the boy who was brutally murdered by a wicked woman who sacrificed him to Satan.
“You fucking god it, Angel.”
