Blair Waldorf x Reader - "A Moment in Time"
The soft glow of the late afternoon sun filtered through the windows of Blair Waldorf's Upper East Side apartment, casting a golden sheen on the velvet curtains. The city hummed just outside, but inside, there was only peace. You and Blair were sitting on her plush couch, a cozy moment in an otherwise chaotic life. Her head rested against your shoulder, her long lashes fluttering as she half-heartedly scrolled through her phone.
"Can you believe it's almost the end of the week?" Blair sighed, her voice wrapped in the usual hint of frustration that only Blair could master. "Iâve barely had time to think about anything but that dreadful event at the museum."
You smiled, brushing a strand of her glossy hair from her face. "You always find a way to make it perfect, Blair. Youâll be brilliant as always. Besides, you deserve a break. Maybe we can do somethingâjust the two of usâafter the event?"
Blairâs lips quirked into a small, teasing smile as she turned her head slightly to meet your gaze. "I do like the sound of that." She paused, eyes glimmering. "As long as itâs something that doesnât involve me fighting off a crowd of sycophants."
"Deal," you laughed, knowing Blairâs tendency to seek solitude after events, preferring a quieter, more intimate evening rather than the usual sea of socialites.
Blair shifted closer, curling her legs beneath her. She tucked her head into your neck, breathing in your scent as if it was the only thing that could calm her. Her warm presence against you felt like a shield against the world, and you were more than happy to be her safe haven.
"How do you always know exactly what I need?" Blair murmured, her voice soft, almost vulnerable. She rarely let her guard down, even with you, but in these quiet moments, you got to see the side of Blair that was so deeply caring and, yes, sometimes a little bit fragile.
You placed a gentle kiss on her temple. "I think I just know you, Blair," you said, your hand gently smoothing the fabric of her dress. "And I know youâre always putting others first. But you deserve to take a moment for yourself. Especially with everything you do."
Blairâs eyes flickered up to meet yours, and for a moment, the world outside disappeared. All that mattered was the two of you, in this little bubble of intimacy and warmth. She held your gaze with a mix of admiration and something softerâsomething that said she was so thankful to have you in her life.
âYou always make me feel like Iâm more than just the things people expect of me,â she said quietly. "Like I'm enough, just as I am."
Your heart fluttered. You cupped her face gently, running your thumb over her cheek in a tender gesture. "You are more than enough, Blair. You are everything I need. Always."
Her breath hitched slightly at the intensity of your words, and for a moment, Blair Waldorf, the queen of the Upper East Side, seemed to melt into you. Her hand reached up to rest on yours, and she gave a small, almost shy smile.
"I think Iâve said this before," she said, her voice soft and teasing, "but I may just be the luckiest girl in New York."
You chuckled, brushing your lips over her forehead. "And Iâm the luckiest girl in the world, having you."
Blairâs smile widened, her eyes softening as she leaned into you even more. âIâm starting to think that, too,â she whispered, her fingers tracing small circles on your hand as the two of you sat in comfortable silence, wrapped in each otherâs warmth.
Outside, the world carried on, but for now, everything was perfect. Just the two of you, surrounded by nothing but love and the promise of more quiet moments together.

Blair Waldorf, ever the picture of poise and elegance, watches you with a smirk, her eyes narrowing slightly as you lean back into the plush chair, the haze of your high still settling around you. You and Nate Archibald, standing nearby, share a knowing glance. Nateâs charm is usually smooth and easy, but right now, his attention is drawn to you as your fingers idly play with a strand of your hair.
âAre you⊠actually high?â Blair asks, a hint of disbelief laced in her voice. âOn a school night?â
You lazily blink up at her, then glance at Nate for reassurance. He gives a slight shrug, a knowing look that suggests heâs been around you long enough to not be shocked by this.
âMaybe,â you answer slowly, as if weighing the word. âBut⊠everything just feels better, yâknow?â
Nate chuckles, stepping closer to you. âI told you sheâd be like this, Blair.â He ruffles your hair affectionately, though his touch is gentle, like heâs trying to keep things light.
Blair, however, isnât amused. âIâm sure it feels better, but that doesnât make it any less reckless.â She crosses her arms, clearly not happy with the idea of anyone, especially you, acting so carefree with things that she holds so tightly toâcontrol, structure, perfection.
But you, always the contradiction, lean back further into Nateâs side, letting the warmth of his presence settle you. âItâs all good,â you say, your voice airy. âEverythingâs good when youâre with Nate.â
Nate looks at you fondly, half-smiling, though thereâs a playful challenge in his eyes. âWhat about when youâre with Blair, huh? Shouldnât that be enough to make you feel good, too?â
Blair shakes her head, but thereâs an undeniable flicker of affection in her eyes. âYouâre lucky youâre cute,â she mutters, half-smiling despite herself.
You glance between them, your smile wide and content, knowing youâve somehow brought them both to a point of agreementâat least for now.
Competed Gossip girl (the og series) yesterday:
Here's my thoughts (SPOILERS) and don't hate me plz for my opinions, they don't matter.
1. Serena: AHHHHHHHHH she is so.....infuriating, hypocritical and has no substance, character growth, ANYTHING. She is not even interesting like Blair or Georgina. I stopped caring about her mid season 3. I did not care what happened to her after that. Only Blake lively made her bareable enough that I rooted for her to end up alone in the series and actually learn that she needs no man to have a happy life. Also she married her ex-step brother with whom she shares a sibling. Yikes.
2. Blair: I love Blair. She is an icon, she is a legend, she is the moment. I know she has done some bad shit. But I don't mind that cuz all the people are shitty. She owns her evilness. She also is so entertaining. I know Blair can be immature and bratty at times but at least she has some ambition about unlike her bsf. The friendship between Dan and Blair was heartwarming. Her dreams of becoming a princess and yale are relatable. Overall there's so much in Blair that you can't help loving her. (I think her banning Jenny from UES was the worst thing)
3. Chuck: Hate him. Why? Cuz he is Chuck Bass. I don't have to say more then, I don't know: the pilot, Jenny Humphrey, selling Blair for a hotel, SA, hitting Blair etc.....etc. I can go on but I don't want to talk about him at all.
4. Nate: um. He is pretty. He can be charming at times. He dates older women (or younger women). He......is the good guy (?)
5. Dan: if we forget the STUPID reveal that Dan was Gossip girl. He isn't much of a complex person after season one. He was compelling in 1st season and when he was friends with and dated Blair. He has the Humphery ideal of pitying themselves and also makes terrible decisions, having Vanessa as a friend for example. I have no idea why Serena liked him at all except that Serena is into artsy-serious-fake nice guys.
6. Jenny Humphrey: I LOVE Jenny Humphrey. She is so hated in the GG community. She never did anything as bad as Blair, Chuck or even Dan. Her storyline about becoming a fashion designer, throwing a guerillla fashion show and constant butting heads with Blair was amazing. DON'T hate my girl. (Also Taylor gets a lot of hate for making Jenny's character worse, but it was the writer's fault). She got hate so much for the Chuck situation when HE was more in the wrong.
