I am sorry that I haven's posted in a long time. I have been very busy with schoolwork, and haven't carved out the time to write blog posts.

Over six months ago, I finally got around to posting previews of my Black Widow fanfiction, titled "The Widows Caretaker". I had stated that it was four years in the making, so I had been waiting a long time to publish it. Well, four years was not enough time to perfect it, at least to my standards. So, I have edited it again, to make it make more sense. I will explain why in further posts shortly.

James Rogers

Good morning, afternoon, or evening to anyone reading this.

I have came up with a backstory for James Rogers, the canon son of Steve Rogers/Captain America and Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow:

First, we assume that the first Descendants movie takes place in the spring of 2015, and Descendants 2 takes place the following fall. Descendants 3 takes place 2 years after Descendants, and The Royal Wedding takes place the subsequent fall, 2 years after Descendants 2 and on the 22nd anniversary of Auradon(I will evaluate on that later).

Captain America and Black Widow met in the spring of 2012.

Steve and Natasha started dating soon after Captain America: The Winter Soldier(Which takes place in the spring of 2014).

Soon after Steve and Natasha started dating, Natasha experienced an unplanned pregnancy. As she wanted to keep it, the couple went through with a shotgun wedding in the fall of 2014.

James Rogers was born on March 12, 2015.

James eventually attends Auradon Prep in the new '30s.

So I saw Thunderbolts and now here I am writing a Yelena and James Fanfic lol

Posted upon a rooftop, James and Yelena stood on look out waiting for their target to enter the building

With his binoculars in hand, James kept his eyes peered on the building waiting for their target to arrive

that was until the sight of a green wrapped granola bar suddenly appeared replacing his sighted vision of the New York Building

taking his eyes out of the binoculars, James looked up at the blonde women with a raised eyebrow, a mix of confusion on his face while a simple blank expression was on hers

"Here, Eat. You need protein. You've been stuck on this rooftop for past hours. Plus your Mother would kill me if I left you to starve up here"

trading things within their hands, Yelena had taken the spying device, While James took the bar. Unwrapping the plastic so that he could bite into grained food

Almost Immediately, James spit the food back out, a sour look coated his face as he found himself rolling his tongue to get the food out of his mouth

"Aunt Yelena...the bar was stale"

"I know, I've had it in my pocket for the past 4 hours" she responded not taking her eyes off the building leaving James to just groan and roll his eyes

"I thought you were supposed to be the fun Aunt..."

Steve and Natasha not being together in ANY media in modern day Marvel pisses me off so much not because I’m a Romanoger shipper but because YOU CAN GENUINELY MAKE SO MANY STORIES BASED ON THEM AND THEIR ADVENTURES

The same way Superman and Wonder Woman had their new 52 run Captain America and Black Widow could have their own

Don’t believe me here’s just a couple of stories of the top of my head that sounds 1000x more interesting than anything we’ve gotten in marvel comics for the best 5 years

1. Steve and Natasha meet Multiversal versions of them selves that are evil as in Captain Hydra falls in love with Red Room Black Widow

2. Hydra Teams up with the Red Room creating their own hybrids of Super Solider Widows due to the idea of James Rogers being a thing

3. Steve, Natasha, Bucky, Yelena and James Secret Avengers lineup (this is actually gonna be a new fanfic idea I’m working on lol) BUT HOLY THIS SOUNDS AMAZING RIGHT

4. A new villain comes in and Steve starts becoming more aggressive leaving Natasha to lead him and prove that being a killer isn’t who he is

5. Steve and Natasha wanted story of the government hunting them due to some mishap idk why but they always make good on the run stories lol

I feel like my point is proved and lord knows I have soooooo many ideas on James Rogers

Anyway PUT THE NEXT AVENGERS IN MARVEL RIVALS SPREAD THE WORD

Adding on to the last ask, Tony is the CEO of the Tired Dad™️ trope.

Honestly, look at what the man has to deal with most days, let him sleep.

FIRST the man had to suddenly raise 4 Children that’s AREN’T his LOL One happens to be a Goddess AND Princess of Asgard, The Next. Is the next Generation of Human Anatomy and Probably the greatest Super Solider the worlds ever seen, A Prince just so happens to BE A FREAKING MUTANT ! WITH ELEMENTAL ABILITIES ! And a Genius at the age of 12 who is a living Pym Partical AND NOW HE HAS TO RAISE AN AGNSTY ARCHER WHO IS THE SON OF HIS MOST ANGSTY FREIND THAT IS A MALE !….Let Tony Rest PLEASE

To Awnser your question tho I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT ! I LOVE IT !

Now obviously none of them are blood related BUT THAT JUST MAKES IT EVEN BETTER ! Starting from the beginning James, Azari, Pym and Torunn only knew each other, they were the only people in each other’s lives and for most of their life they were all they had. The beauty of their bond is the fact that they were raised together through shared trauma and life experiences. They’d all jump infront of a bullet for one another and they all see each other as family even through they aren’t. None of them are blood related but they’re still family ! AHHHH I LOVE THAT TROPE AND ADDING FRANCIS TO THE EQUATION MAKES IT EVEN BETTER

with Francis added he not only brings that tipping scale energy of will they won’t they with Torunn or a somewhat rivalry with James but he adds exactly what they’ve all been looking for

Francis was raised in a post apocalyptic Ultron world he’s the stereotypical lone wolf who thinks Heroes were dead. He feels he has the weight of the world to burden and it was up for him to save the world not trusting anyone while all James, Azari, Torunn and Pym wanted was the hope and confirmation that someone anyone was out there continuing the fight so that one day they could beat Ultron

In a way they all saved each other which makes their bond even better. Francis learns that he can’t do everything on his own and opens up to his new family after losing his parents and the others learn from Francis that the world they knew isn’t what they expected but if there’s more people like Francis it can’t be that bad

THE DYNAMIC IS SO GOOOOOOOD !!! AND IT’S WHAT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER WHEN HE OFFICIALLY JOINS THE FAMILYYYY

Also can’t forget IronDad Tony god I love Next Avengers Tony so much

Yeah the Family Dynamic is the best part about this team and I still feel like I didn’t cover it all

quick question: what are your thoughts on the dynamic between Tony and his friends’ kids?

I LOVE IT I love how Tony Stark TONY STARK THE MOST MAN CHILD NARCISSISTIC AND TRULY ONLY AVENGER THAT DOSEN’T SEEM FIT TO HAVE A CHILD ends up protecting the 4 soon 5 children of his closest fallen friends. I love how he forces himself to Mature and he knows he can never give the kids what they want which is their parents but still loves and protects them as if their his own. (Next. Avengers started the IronDad thing) I also love how Tony doesn’t hide their history and culture. Depending on how you believe Ultron was built either by Hank Pym or Tony himself it only makes his history with the toujf team even better. OH I CANT FORGET THE STORYTIMES HE HAS WITH THEM ! NAMING THEIR PARENTS CODENAME AHHHHH !!! I love everything about Next Avengers Tonyyyyyyyyyyy

WE ARE BACK AGAIN WITH ANOTHER NEXT AVENGERS HEADCANON AND I REALLY NEED TO MAKE A SHORTER NAME FOR THIS !

With Today’s Topic I’d like to speak about something that’s been wrapping my brain a lot and that’s ✨Villains ✨

Now obviously after Ultron’s reign Heroes and Villains alike are pretty hard to come around as well obviously Ultron killed them all sad lol

BUT ! IN THE LIVES IN HEROS “As long as there is good there shall be evil” and soon or later just like their Parents James, Azari, Francis, Torunn and Pym will eventually have to face their own battles and demons

Now personally I always liked the Headcanon that when the kids become older and more seasoned mature heroes they start to build their own little rogues gallery and like their parents and more like the Teen Titans each Next Avengers Member has their own Arch nemesis like how Robin has Slade, Cyborg has Brother Blood, Starfire has Blackfire etc etc

I read a really good FanFic about how Torunn learned that in Asgard since she wasn’t there and Thor, Sif and the Royale family had died Amora aka Enchantress had taken the thrown and even bread an offspring with Thor more so forcefully creating as we know MAGNI AS HE IS THE NEW KING OF ASGARD

AND THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD LOVE ESSENTIALLY GIVING TORUNN HER OWN BLACKFIRE/STARFIRE STORY IS PERFECT A BATTLE FOR THE THROWN IS AMAZING FOR HER

Azari is another one I’d love to dive deep into as with him being an Omega level Mutant + his Heritage of royal blood as Prince of Wakanda there are so many potentially great villains that can be given for him

Now obviously I’d be easy to just make his arch enemy the son of Killmonger giving into the whole challenge the bloodline aspect BUT I always thought The Black Panther franchise should dive deeper into Voodoo Magic

Giving Azari more so an Antagonist like Dr Faciler from Princess in the Frog or Husk from Hazbin Hotel would be KILLER ! more so it’s a mental and psychological battle. Rather than a physical one. Imagine the Voodoo villain teen like him gives Azari and the team the chance to see their parents again with just one deal that not knowing what it is AHHHHHH I NEED TO HURRY UP AND LEARN HOW TO DRAW AND ANIMATE

again I found this from a Fanfic but I love the idea so much. James like Torunn’s rival ends in him finding out he has a brother WHO’S THE SOM OF STEVE AND SHARON !!!!! DUN DUN DUN !!! DRAMAAAAAAA I LOVE IT ! AND HIS NAME IS IAN AGHHHHHHHH !!!

Now Pym and Francis are sadly left out of this because we’ll truly I have no idea what to give them but I’d love to hear from you all give me some of your own ideas and headcanons on what Pym and Francis’s arch enemies can be

Hellooo friends I do plan on posting another “Head canons about Next Avengers characters blah blah blah” (I really need to come up with a shorter name for it) but while I was mid writing I was suddenly thinking about what if we got lucky and Marvel worked on a Next Avengers project weather that be Live Action or Animation now I’m the absolute worst at fancast so that’s not my area at all

BUT HOWEVER

if OR WHEN I SAY WHEN ! we get The Next Avengers again in the future all I know is I want Milo Manheim to be Pym !

Now I Know Pym is supposed to be the shortest of the group and Milo is far from short BUT I DON’T CARE I WANT MILO TO HAVE SOME SORT OF INVOLVEMENT WITH HENRY PYM JR !

Say Pym is purposely making himself taller because he thinks it’s funny or something idk I JUST WANT MILO

WE BACK ! told you I wouldn’t be consistent. Anyway Part 2 ! Of my Head canons that are 1000% true for the Next Avengers and with everyone either getting on Spring Break or getting off of it. Today’s topic will be about ✨Morning routines✨

James

Even though James usually acts like his Mother. His hard work and dedication is from his father. He’s an early bird like him. He takes his morning routines very seriously as he’s always the first one up. Nothing like A mere 100 handstand pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 pull ups and an easy 13 mile run to start the morning

But nothing beats his breakfast protein shake he makes from scratch that always leaves the others wondering just how he functions in the morning

Torunn

Whenever Torunn wakes up she never forgets to pray to Odin and her Father. She prays that The all father is watching over her and her family and that when the time is ready she has secured her place in Valhalla. Once she’s done praying Torunn always presses a kiss to her fingers before placing those fingers on the framed picture of her Father and smiling

Torunn’s usually second in the kitchen behind Pym. And thanks to him he’s categorized everyone’s meal plans in separate sections. Torunn’s favorite breakfast always being Honey Nut Cheerios

Pym

If it wasn’t for James Pym would easily be the first one up. He only looses to James by 30 minutes as his alarm is set to 6:00 am while James naturally wakes up at 5:30. Pym wakes up at the same time every day on the hour and immediately the first thing he does is play an entire game of speed chess that takes a grand total of 1 minute and 30 seconds against the automated robot he designed. Whoever wins he tally’s up and not to brag but he has a current streak of 180-0. Pym is sully out the door in 10 minutes but not before he glances at the portrait of his parents hung up in his wall

He may not be able to beat James in first one up but Pym’s always the first one in the kitchen as he gets straight to work making his listed meal depending on what day it is

Monday-Bacon and Eggs

Tuesday-Omelet

Wednesday-Waffles

Thursday-Pancakes

Friday-Ceral

Weekends-try James Protein Shakes

He always cleans up before the others get there but trust him before they do it looks like a cooking show was being hosted beforehand

Azari

Out of everyone Azari has what people would call the most normal schedule. He wakes up at a fair time and the most he’ll do is splash some water on his face to wake himself up. Always smiling at the two separate pictures of his parents before he begins to start his day

Now even though he’s the most normal in waking up his kitchen skills need the most work as he for some reason refuses to use a glass to drink his morning beverage. Weather it be Orange Juice or Milk everyone immediately groans his name when they see him drink from the carton or jug. Added with Pym’s “and at least put a shirt on” as he has a knack for not putting ok a shirt until 11. We get it, you have fancy tattoos that light up, cool. At least he has the decency to make his own batch of waffles in the morning and he’s not scared of sharing

Francis

We’re lucky if Francis even wakes up in a single digit time span. He’s the master at hitting snooze before the alarm even has time to go off. And usually when he does get up he just rolls out of bed and lands on the floor before taking another 15 minutes of shut eye

Every single day Francis is the last one to make it in the Kitchen and every single day he asks the same question whilst he scratches his Platinum Blonde hair “Hey what’s there to eat !” As I’m pretty sure you can guess his sanctioned eating area is usually empty

As I now feel like the main pioneer for the Next Avengers fandom I’m gonna start something (that’s probably not gonna be consistent) called Head-canon that’s probably 1000% true and todays Topic is on the very awkward subject for our Next Avengers ✨PARENTS✨ specifically Mothers

#1 James and Francis are complete Mamas Boys without a doubt so this post will be about them. Now not saying they don’t love their dads because they do………but come on now if I had a mom that looked like this I’d be a mamas boy as well

(James)

#2 James wears a Red hourglass necklace around his neck and never removes it because it was the last thing Natasha gave to him before she went to fight Ultron and ultimately died (This is the new canon because I said so, so if our Next Avengers come back in mainstream media expect this to be a thing)

#3 The Day Steve and Natasha left to fight Ultron which lead to their deaths Natasha was forced to inject James with a syringe that had sleeping medication because he wouldn’t stop screaming and crying and wouldn’t let go of Natasha mind you that at the time James was only 3 which grew his fears of Needles

#4 The only Picture James has of his Parents is them dancing at their wedding, it’s the only picture he has and he stops himself for looking for more because every second he spends looking at that picture reminds him of what he lost and what he’s never able to get back

#5 Although James is Captain America’s son and he’s held at such a high regard and given such respect he acts more like Natasha. His hairs the same shade of red, He leans more towards the spy in him than the goodie two shoes solider, his hero costumes primary color is a red and Black jacket with a star etc overall he leans more towards Natasha in the personality department

#6 James biggest secret that no one knows but him is he knows Ballet, he practiced in secret for years and perfected the craft and everyday he ends his day by looking at a Russian Ballerina Music Box and watches it twirl as he thinks about her

(Francis)

#7 let’s get this out the way right now Francis was not planned 😂 LOL He was an accident Baby that Clint and Bobbi made on their 3rd Honeymoon but never the doubt the idea of Abortion never once crossed their minds as they agreed that little Francis was gonna be there’s 100%

#8 Francis being the only one who actually was able to live a portion of his life with his Parents Bobbi tried her hardest to give him some sort of normalcy in hiding with the Freedom Fighters (or whatever they were called) she taught him all the basic things and even made a small area for him where she’s read him bed stories every night and promise him a better future

#9 Bobbi’s nickname for Francis was “Her Little Birdy” or “Franky”

#10 evidently when Bobbi’s death came Francis was 10 years old. A group of Ultron bot’s found their base and she led the fight to stall while Clint helped everyone evacuate. She gave Francis her Goggles and made him promise that no matter what never loose hope in fighting to save the day before Eventually Clint was forced to carry Francis away leaving the boy to watch as the last time he saw his Mother she was fighting for her life in which she ultimately lost

#11 Francis keeps a picture of Bobbi in his pocket at all times so he never forgets his Mom’s face along with the fact that he never takes off his goggles the least he’ll do is just rest them upon his head hiding them within his hair

#12 he customized his Bow so that it can turn into a Bow Staff along with two separate Batons the same Bobbi used as he trained himself with the art of the Bow Staff in honor of her. He also carved out a small Mockingbird within his Bow for her

#13 every year on her Birthday he leaves flowers and one of the children’s books she read to him at her Grave where he talks to her and gives her a recap of what happened in the past year promising her he’d never give up fighting for what’s right

Overall these two are complete Mamas Boys and again like I said I don’t blame them look at who their moms are

Finally got myself a Drawing tablet....Now I need to Learn how to draw...ughhhh. Anyway edited an AI Picture of what the Next Avengers Team would look like as Teens...now I gotta go learn how to draw LOL

If or hopefully when The Next Avengers get transported to the 616 timeline that being wild crossover shenanigans or Multiversal event I have this head canon that James Rogers will be everyone crush and it’s a not a debate

I’m talking Kate,Gwenpool,Cassie,Magik,Hell even America Chavez would take some sort of liking to home probably going down with something like this

Gwenpool: I have no clue where he came from but I call dibs

Kate:You can’t do that. He’s to pretty for dibs gotta make it fair game

Cassie: oh it will be fair game. He will be with me and it’s fair

America: what about me ?

Kate,Cassie and Gwen all look at her in confusion

I always had this head Canon that James Rogers would be like the most attractive person alive making Dick Grayson look like an after picture. Adding onto the fact that he’s a teenager. I mean just look at who his parents are.

Maybe There’s a good reason he’s not in 616 XD

I imagine if James and Natasha get mad at Steve they just switch from English to Russian leaving him confused

Steve: I said no James that final

James: But dad !

Steve: No now go to your room !

James: UHHH YOUR THE WROST ! клянусь, когда у меня будет шанс, я убегу и никогда не вернусь !

Steve only blinks in confusion

Steve: I really need to learn Russian

Natasha: I SAID I HAVE IT HANDLED

Steve: NATASHA YOU’VE BEEN SHOT !

Natasha: I’VE HANDLED WAY WORSE THAN A BULLET WOUND IT BARLEY GRAZED MY SKIN

Steve (picks her up and swings her over his shoulder much to her dislike) we’re getting you to a doctor

Natasha is only left to kicking and screaming in Russian as she repeatedly punches his back

Natasha: СТИВ ГРАНТ РОДЖЕРС ПОСТАВЬ МЕНЯ СЕЙЧАС ИЛИ ПОМОГИТЕ, Я УБЬЮ ТЕБЯ ВО СНЕ !

Again Steve is only left rolling his eyes and sighing

Steve: I need to learn Russian

(Bonus section)

James and Natasha are in a argument yelling at each other I’m Russian

James: ОНА НИКТО!

Natasha: ЕСЛИ ОНА НИКТО, ПОЧЕМУ ОНА ТЕБЯ ПОЦЕЛУЕТ!

James: ОНА ВИДЕЛА, ЧТО Я ТРЕНИРУЮСЬ, И ПРИВЛЕЧИЛАСЬ ЕСЛИ КТО-ТО ЗНАЕТ, ЧТО ЭТО ТАКОЕ, БЫ БЫ ТЫ, МАМА!

Natasha: ДЖЕЙМС КЛИНТОН РОДЖЕРС Я ДОЛЖЕН ПОМОТЬ ТЕБЕ РОТ С МЫЛОМ. Я ЗАСТАВЛЮ ТЕБЯ БЕЖАТЬ, ПОКА ТЕБЕ НОГИ НЕ ОТПАДУТ, НО ТОГДА Я ПРИБУДУ КОНТРОЛИРОВАТЬ ТЕБЯ ОДИН ДЕНЬ!

Immediately Steve comes out of nowhere picking up his Son and Wife and hugging them tightly immediately making them laugh

Steve: Я НАКОНЕЦ-ТО ВЫУЧИЛ РУССКИЙ ! И Я ОЧЕНЬ ЛЮБЛЮ ВАС ОБОИХ!

Hugging them both tightly James and Natasha soon forget what they were arguing about as the family groups in one big family hug

Honestly I can’t blame them

James Azari and Francis were in a steak out hiding undercover in three different sets of tree’s waiting to get the drop on their target as they talked through the com link needing to pass the time

Azari:hey James

James: Yeah

Azari: I mean this in the most respectful way possible but……dude your moms hot

James nearly fell out of his hiding position perched in a tree due to the news

James:Azari (he growled)

Francis continued to laugh over the com link as he fiddled with a arrow

Francis:don’t be mad at him James, Aunt Nat is pretty hot. You know how many guys wish they were your dad

James only rolled his eyes

James: I swear once this is over I’m kicking both your asses

Some of my personal Next Avengers head canons because I still to this day believe this is Marvels most underrated work and they should definitely be brought back into 616 somehow

JAMES ROGERS

James has red hair like his mom and Blue eyes like his Dad

His Fighting Style is a combination of the 3 parental Figures he cares about

As he has the Skill and Technique of Steve, The speed and Agility of Natasha, and the Strength and Aggression of Bucky

Whenever James uses a Knife he flips it just like how Bucky does. He does it so much it’s a natural instinct of his something he doesn’t even notice he does

James favorite color is Red

Whenever he gets mad he curses in Russian

Whenever he misses his Mom he plays a Ballerina Jewelry Box to remember her

All through he has the physical traits of his Father he tends to act like his Mother the most

James has a personal Winter Soldier teddy bear on his bed to remind himself of his Uncle Bucky

James wears a Red hourglass necklace around his neck

Just like his Mother James is quite the catch

Also he’s an amazing singer something he keeps to himself as he always sings a soft song on his mothers birthday at her grave

Francis Barton

Kate Bishop was his babysitter before Ultron killed the heroes and growing up he had a massive crush on her yet that didn’t stop their Sister-Brother relationship

Francis keeps his Mothers old Mockingbird goggles to honor memory. Never taking them off or leaving them to rest above his head

Francis has Platinum Blonde hair

His favorite color is purple

Francis and James have a competive rivalry but deep down they respect each other and are best friends basically seeing each other as brothers

Francis found out about his Fathers Past as Ronin and uses his Sword to change the dark legacy Assassian

Francis’s Bo can turn into a Bo-Staff and can even be split up into 2 metal Poles the same ones his Mother used

His full name is Francis Lucky Barton

Azari T'challa

When Azari turned 16 he unlocked his ability to be able to control weather like his mom

He forms Black Panther claws made of Black Lightning when he gets into a fight

When he’s angry a storm cloud appears over his head immediately making him laugh getting rid of his anger

Azari wears his Fathers Panther necklace to honor his legacy and shown proof that he is his son
