Idk I’m trying to see if I like using the script format if writing ( I’m considering doing it in this style cause it actually makes it easier for me to lay out scenes better )

I was inspired by killing eve and Hannibal, I’m gonna be writing shorts or prompts that involves proteus with an oc or a few and then if I’m ever in the mood( 2 years later knowing myself) I could not be lazy and write a fic . Basically throwing in random Scenarios based on scenes I liked that are a bit tweaked.

Dark Fantasy mixed with conspiracy and obviously Maybe toxic romance, love to hate , hate to love enimies that sometimes make out on the side when their not busy trying to off each other. Vampires???

If you follow me pls know that I apologize for calling proteus a cinnamon roll, I was gonna go to sleep one night and I remembered I posted something with him and I called him that and cringed so hard. I saw people doing it with their fav actors and characters so I was like “hmmm let me try” , even having it come out of my mouth doesn’t sound natural. I can’t even delete the post cause I like the gifs , if u come across it plssssssss I’m so sorry.

I think humble or soft-hearted would best fit his character description lol and impulsive and secretly hot headed when pushed. ( I think they low-key hinted that in an actual canon description from dream works) you know what he could could’ve been snarky too for all we know if they’ve shown more of his character.

Combinations (personality?)of characters that give the same vibe to me

Will turner ,jack sparrow = sinbad

Elizabeth ,jack sparrow = marina

Elizabeth ,will turner = Proteus

Idk how to explain it like if the personality’s were combined they would give me those vibes for another character.

Ok this is completely out of the blue but like I just realized something when I watched a clip recently, proteus has gotten bodied 3 times and still had the gal to get back up , like wow he can really take a hit.

Kinda wanna know how his training went when he was younger or what type of shit he must’ve done with sinbad to even have such pain tolerance and stamina

Like he gets tackled by Sinbads crew head first to the floor

Gets hit by a huge tentacle in the cabin when fighting (flirting😌✨) with Sinbad (literally flips him and lands head first , I will insert pictures later-yess I have pictures) his body is literally launched off the ground

Gets hit with tentacle again body slammed to the floor and still gets up , honestly at that point I would’ve stayed down

Can’t imagine how tired he felt when that adrenaline rush came down, most definitely crashed in bed while the celebration was still being prepared when he arrived

Nine minutes into Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. I have labeled both Sinbad and Proteus as gay. They’re husbands now.

Tbh I don’t really want there to be a sequel after seeing what happened to spirit but if there is a second movie I hope he gets the himbo husband he deserves or at least is involved with more adventures with sinbad and marina cause I kinda hated how he didn’t have enough screen time. U can’t introduce him being a cool with a sword and not have him do more fights😭✨.

Proteus was done so dirty in that movie I wish there was a sequel where he gets another love interest or takes main part in the action

it’s time for my twice-a-year nostalgia trip for this movie and proteus as a character specifically lol, i used some old vacation pics from when i actually went to siracusa and had a fucking shit time due to outside circumstances but we’re electing to ignore that  as reference. it’s weird how these “box office flop” movies are so so special to a lot of people i know and have been a huge influence despite being seen as commercial failures. much 2 think about

Just to clarify something cause I was to dumb not to write, what I meant by deserve better I don't mean Sinbad and marina had to stay cause proteus would've been miserable, when I wrote deserve better I meant it as I wish they wrote Sinbad’s friendship with proteus a bit better also all we know about proteus is that he's a noble prince and I wish they gave him more of a personality besides “oh he's a prince and he always does the right thing ,and ohh he's sooo noble” I just don't like how Sinbad left without giving an explanation or at least staying for a while before leaving. (besides marina and Sinbad don't belong to anyone so them staying in Syracuse wouldn't make sense).

now alucard is a whole different story (witch I I dont think I really need to explain).

Honestly, I last watched Sinbad when I was like, idk, 8 years old? I didn't really know what to expect from a movie that I watched 15 years ago, but still, I really wanted to do it.

I must say that I'm positively surprised. It's so much better than I remember it to be? The story, animation, characters - all of those components complement one another. Also the music fits so well?

I think that I did not appreciate it enough as a kid. But it may be because this animation feels like it can't be fully grasped (?) by kids. And I'm not talking about some adult jokes they sneaked in, but more like atmosphere and relations between characters.

Also, idk, it just feels so queer? It's like none of the main characters is straight. And you can see it from the very beginning of the movie. (just more reasons to love this movie) I just know for sure that I'll rewatch it again and again
