Their crowns rest perfectly on their heads “ we are brothers, we are blood and your letting money rip us apart” his grip tightened. Punz laughs heartlessly “ this isn’t just about money, dream wants a better nation and the people you fight for don’t understand the growth and success we’ll have “ sapnap steps closer “ SHUT UP, YOU KNOW THATS NOT TRUE. YOUR GETTING PAID TO KILL YOUR BROTHER” they run at each other as their fists connect a loud boom and lighting along with flames rushes through the air as sapnap brings his sword down “ please punz listen” sapnap heart breaks stepping back letting punz drop him. His eyes water as his flames die away “ brother please” he grips punzs wrist. His crown falls off and parts of his hair lay pass his eye as he breaths heavy, looking up to see the triton hover over his eye, he sobs “ you promised, you are my big brother please don’t “ as he speaks an sword rips through is gut, he gasps loudly leaning his head back chocking starting to breath heavier. He turns and punzs looks seeing dreams cursed white mask smiling at him. Punzs screams catching sapnap in his arms “ WHY DID YOU DO THAT” dream simply backs away wiping his hands “ he never saw our vision punz, I’m going to make this nation great and you so so so rich” punz eyes glow bright blue and he lifts his hand sending dream into a tree, he picks sapnap up “ nick nick talk to me “ sapnap coughs and smiles gripping punzs shirt “p..pu..punz “ punzs cries hurrying him to his home. He rushes in and sapnap has passed out but is still breathing heavily. He lays him on his side, next to destroying his house for supplies and potions. He cried lightly as he pulled the sword. Hurrying to add the potions and feed sapnap. He stitches him up wrapping his stomach in thick white cloths. He held his brother close crying lightly “ please forgive me please forgive me brother” he lays sapnap down gently covering him and hiding him away so if dream came looking he wouldn’t see him. He goes out looking around and he starts to hear the sound of horses. Dream comes up with a couple other people, his mask is off and his eyes are a darker green, nobody disobeyed dreams commands or betrayed his trust. He gets off the horse and punzs glares back feeling rage for his brother. Dream slaps him hard across the face and kicks him in the gut, getting over him he repeatedly punches him in the face “ was your brother really worth this kinda pain” punzs smiles through his bruised and busted lip. His eye forms a dark ring which will turn into a black swollen eye. “ yea kinda “ dream face drops at his response he lands more blows drawing blood then grabs punzs arm breaking it with a loud snap. Punzs screams thrownng his head back and someone grabs dreams shoulders “ that’s enough we have more important things to deal with he’s just a worthless mercenary, who can be replaced” dream laughs wickedly and gets up kicking him in the gut again “ don’t return until you can actually finish a job” punz coughs and wheezes and he turns spitting out the blood that pooled in his mouth holding his arm tightly sucking in air through his teeth “ahhh”.They ride off and he picks himself up. He goes to the mirror cleaning his face and wraps his arm and gasps moving to the room seeing sapnap peacefully asleep, he smiles moving to throughout his little home grabbing stuff and trying to help his arm. That night he lays on the bed holding sapnap close and rubs his fingers gently through his hair and hums an old ancient tone only gods would know.
Days pass and punzs becomes anxious for his brother, he tries to farm and build stuff but refuses to leave for stuff until sapnap wakes up. He sits by sapnap bed “ it really be nice if you woke up soon bro” he chuckles half heartedly and chocks on his words as a tear runs down his face, he holds sapnap hand “please get up please” that night punzs falls asleep but is waken up by a hand on his cheek, he jolts reaching for his weapon only seeing a very hurt and Malnourished sapnap up at his feet. Punz goes to touch him but sapnap backs up “ what happened to you” punz ignores his brother Bring him food and water moving through the room to help him, sapnap becomes frustrated “ PUNZ” he grabs his shoulder, punz finally stops dropping his head, he sits down as sapnap comes closer “ what happened, your lip is busted your arm punzs, your arm” sapnap cringes in pain “ you were right” sapnap looks up as punz Continues “ dream was lying, he showed up after I saved you and beat me claiming I was useless” sapnap hugs his brother and hums “ thank you “ punzs wraps his good arm around him. “Anything for my little brother”
