It's not your place to dictate anyone's sexuality. Labels are supposed to make people feel more secure, not make them feel unaccepted. This is why so many LGBTQIA members feel like they have no place in the community.

Lesbians and gay men are the main perpetrators of this. This is exclusionary, and the same kind of thinking that labels bi women sluts and erases bi men. Stop it and give people room to figure it out

I was originally going to ignore this bc it’s a pretty insane take, but it kept coming back up in my mind and led me to think about labeling in general and how my generation goes about it (and unfortunately for you anon, I stayed just as radical).

There’s two types of labels: static, or inherent, and active, or chosen, labels. Static/inherent labels are things that you are born with, and are obviously observable to everyone that looks at you. Race and sex, most notably. Those do not require you to do anything to make them true, they just are. These are the labels in which rules and stereotypes are pretty much pointless because the color of your skin or your genitals do not determine anything about you other than the fact you have them. It is medical information and nothing more, and does not influence your personality.

However active/chosen labels DO need rules and regulations or they are completely pointless. Even things such as sexual orientation (which you are born with) need you to actively engage with them, even if it is just thinking “I’m gay”, for them to be realized. You are not born, a naked infant, and the doctor looks at you and pronounces you gay, or anarchist punk, or goth, or feminist, etc etc. And since they require actions to fulfill, then having set requirements for a category is vital for us to accurately communicate information to others. And if you do not fit the criteria for a certain label, the only thing that makes any sense is to choose another label that does fit you.

This conflation of the two types of labels has lead to a lot of nightmare messes for the queer community especially, but also even with people claiming they can be conservative and goth and it’s actually more alternative to be conservative and all that mess. Have requirements to be part of a group is literally the foundation for forming a group outside of just the general public, otherwise there is no point in doing so at all.

Also, Anon honestly seems to have more biphobia than I do, which I feel like I come across a lot. As soon as I mention potential bisexuality in someone people immediately start telling me not to slut shame, that I’m erasing bisexual men (somehow?) etc, when never once did I ever say anything bad about bisexual women. I’m close friends with bi women and I love them dearly whether or not they choose to date men because that’s their prerogative. However when I say “bisexual”, you hear “bad”. I do not think it is bad for women to be attracted to men. My complaint is when you claim lesbianism, a female same-sex only orientation, while constantly expressing attraction to men, because that reinforces the “she hasn’t found the right dick yet” narrative that puts lesbians in danger. I was literally just given that line yesterday and then stalked for 45 minutes by a creepy man.

Lesbians are not attracted to men. If you are attracted to men and women you are bisexual/pansexual/whatever word you want to use to express a polysexual orientation. And if you are bisexual, I love you and thank you for your self-reflection and honesty with yourself. Labels exist to give a name to your lived reality, no label is better or worse or cooler than another, and trying to stretch labels to fit things they aren’t is really pointless when the other label that describes you perfectly is literally right there.

LITERALLY

These religions just exist to break you and build you up in the way that they want. They're just so... out there. Like, the most weird black and white thought.

And how the fuck is God gonna save you from HIMSELF??? Literal abuser rhetoric. Not to sound like an athiest neckbeard but it really does have all the traits of a cult.

I don't think people understand just how cruel the Abrahamic God IS according to believers.

According to each Holy Book, God created humans, giving them freewill and skepticism and no solid proof of him, so everyone has a different idea of him, and everyone who chooses the wrong belief gets tortured for eternity. And then this is considered… a blessing? This would be the majority of people. According to these books, he's torturing billions of souls for not sucking his dick. How insane. According to Christians and Muslims, their God would be more cruel to Jews and gay people than Hitler. Judaism is slightly better in that it doesn't even consider the Goyim as humans, so they aren't tortured and just go out of existence. I don't understand how believers in these religions can have somewhat normal morality and act normal around nonbelievers but then love a being like that. What about that feels you with love and light? Oh yeah, and what's even more insane is considering these religions peaceful and religions of love. I can't think of something more hateful than these religions. How much more hateful can you get exactly? Even Heaven is arguably bad too. In Christianity and Judaism, it's just constant worship of this genocidal grotesque God and you're a "sinless" shell of a human. That sounds like psychological torture to anyone who isn't absolutely batshit. In Islam, Heaven is basically nothing substantial for women, and for men, it's an eternity of cheating on your wife with 72 virgins who have no soul of their own. How can anyone hear these things and not have their skin absolutely crawl?

I would prefer Satan, I would say Satan is better for the sole virtue of rebelling against something so fucked up. Although I would say he's equal considered he only wanted to replace God out of his own ego. But, Satan is not the one who owns Hell, he's another soul being tortured there, God owns everything and chooses to cause suffering. How can an all forgiving Father cause his children to feel pain for eternity for something as small as disobeying him. Even the most abusive fathers in the world have not achieved that level of cruelty (although arguably the absolute worst ones would if they could, regardless, what a horrible metric). And apparently child rape is forgivable in the eyes of God and equal to the "sin" of masturbating, but simply refusing to believe? That's what gets you tortured forever? I'm not sure if a human being that reach that level of narcissism, but a supposedly self-sacrificing loving God according to Christianity can. The self-sacrifice wasn't even an actual sacrifice, he just supposedly got humans to kill an incarnation of him. What the hell is the point of that? According to the Bible, God also decided to get a 13 year old pregnant. He could have impregnated any virgin woman in the world begin God and all, but people want to believe it was a child. Jesus's teen mother is also one of the only significant female figures in Christianity and women supposedly came from a mans rib and then the rib-woman clone and the man created all humans through like 2000 generations of incest. Anything but admit that we're just a species of animal and we're more connected to rest of the Earth than they want to believe right? The misogyny of these religions creep into every page. Males couldn't accept that women in reality are the creators of life, so they had to make up this weird shit.

And sure, morality, is relative maybe. If we want to argue that. But these same people would be absolutely terrified of actually meeting a being like that. Horror books touch on it but rarely even meet that level of cruel. Maybe it's hard to conceptualize what torture for eternity means exactly or how insane it is for that to be a punishment for a belief, but I think you can fucking guess?

But it's the Buddhists, Hindus, pagans, witches, atheists, who are barbaric. Right.

how would you stereotype the female panther?

and this question is meant sincerely. what could this panther do to be more “feminine”? how many octaves does she have to raise her roar for you to hear her as a female? does it matter when she’s chasing you at full speed?

is she less violent with less melanated fur or skin? is she more violent the darker she is? does it change her existence as a female panther? does it change how she scales a tree in search of prey? does it change her love for her cubs, or the way she loved her mother when she was a cub? does it change the sharpness of her canines?

do you look at her and see her as a female? or do you see her as a panther first, with her femaleness being secondary?

and why would a human be different?

why would a human female be stereotyped the instant she’s perceived? why does her skin correlate to violence or docility? why is she female before she is human? why is her existence inherently sexual, inherently meant for consumption?

it doesn’t have to be this way.

welcome to The Neutral Human Project, a space for envisioning a future beyond the myth of gender, beyond the myth of race, beyond the tangled web of identity as inherently political. this project is a work of theory, ever evolving before your very eyes, aimed at narrowing down the path toward the next stage of humanity, one with unity, equality, compassion, and connection at the forefront of all human interaction, political or otherwise.

this project values the human as another species of animal. despite our minute differences in epigenetics, culture, upbringing, class, and environment, this project makes it clear that there is simply more that unifies us than divides us. through advocacy for separation of church and state, dissolution of gendered stereotypes and discrimination, normalization and separation of sex from the gendered myth, the rights of all human females, and the freedom to be who you are without the burden of overcomplicated labels, this project aims to make a clear and ever changing plan for evolution beyond the boxes and borders of modern human society.

welcome to the future of humanity in text. we are equal, we are united, and we will stand indivisible against all problems— no matter how tricky they may be.
