The red thread of fate is a Japanese romantic legend. It's similar to the idea of a soulmate, and states that people destined to meet each other are connected by an invisible red thread tied to their pinky fingers. The thread can become tangled, stretched, or contracted, but it can never break.

But for Aria and nightmare they are bonded by black threads which means, the ones enemies who are alive

Enemies but in love is what it says, since Aria is the guardian of light, able to cast white light and nightmare being her opposite.
