“Mythology AU”

Before we begin I want to add that it was very plesant experience to be a part of this event; thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me take part in this. I truly appreciate that and I love all of the works other people did.

Going back to my work - it’s the longest one and in the same time the least unique text I wrote. I just hope I hadn’t written any of the characters too ooc. Hope you’ll have fun anyway (pic and pronounciation of one word at the end of the text).

“Scorpion in the blood”

Yay, finally ended this piece!

At first I wanted to make some sort of picturesque background but I kinda gave up and started having fun with brushes and special effects.

Also I drew two left hands and seen my mistake after making all of the layers into one :’^(

Just a little pose and lighting practice with glorious one and only ;^)

“Circus for a psycho” reminds me way to much about vengence and poor shinobi treatment in narutoverse.

For now it’s only lineart but I’m very proud of it the way it is now. Of course my archenemy came again *cough* hands *cough* and posture ended up looking uncanny but the rest (especially head) looks decent. 

LEARNING HOW TO DIGITAL ART WITH AKATSUKI

So let’s start with little clarification - I hate drawing sketches on my tablet but I though it’s time to experiment a little and… I still hate sketching digitally. I also wanted to draw on as little amount of layers as possible but I kinda gave up.

As first I only wanted to redraw Sasori I made once on one lesson and what can I say- nothing beats the original. I also heard from someone that pastel is really good for shading in the program I use but nah. I see this tool more as finishing touch than a shading technique.

Next one was Konan. Here I wanted to make it with my older shading style, but on only one layer so at one point I was near deleting whole drawing. Also propotions are insanely broken.

When it comes to Dei - all I wanted to do was to practice a little with profile and do flowy hair (Also; he’s probably devastated because he learnt some Iwa dirty secrets or saw his family genocide idk). At this point i was like “Fluff it, Imma do it my way” and I made shading the way I usually do.

So after all that journey and tries why I’ve done this poor Karin 5 minute sketch? I wanted to play with charcoal brush. That’s the anwer.
