I can't believe I have it myself

Imagine (Satan)

In which when you write or draw on yourself, it appears on your soulmates’ skin. Shopping for books became a completely different experience when you saw familiar writing on someone else’s arm.

You had always loved to read.

You were often told by your roommate that you had way too many books, but as long as they stayed in your room, you didn’t see the problem with your books.

So imagine your excitement when after years of writing down little notes of books to read on your wrist, you found another book title you hadn’t seen before.

‘Cruel Seas by [redacted]’

You knew you hadn’t written that down, so your first reaction was to run to your roommate screaming about the the fact that your soulmate just talked to you for the first time.

Of all the things he could have said to you first, he recommended a book to you.

Of course you immediately went to the nearest book store to find a copy.

Weeks went by without any more writing from your soulmate, but then one day, he writes another book name.

‘Based on what you’ve written down previously, I think you might like: [redacted] by [redacted]’

The two of you conversed over books often after that

A few months later, you were dropping by a new book store that had recently opened up.

You were looking between the short list on your wrist and the titles on the shelves, when you heard the door open.

Thinking nothing of it, you reached up to grab a book that turned out to be out of reach.

“Let me help you with that soulmate.”

Another hand easily grabbed the book for you, and as the blond man handed you the book, you finally realized what he had said. 

“Wait what?”

His chuckle was like music to your ears, as he rolled up his long grey sleeve to show a matching list to the one on your exposed arm.

“Found you.”

Affection Headcannons (Satan)

General

Much like a cat, Satan won’t often go to you first for attention or affection. 

But when he does, he goes all out.

He likes to keep close to you especially when his brothers are around, and if Lucifer in particular is there?

Yeah, you won’t be getting away from him any time soon.

Satan does enjoy reading with you though, and will often read to you when you rest your head in his lap.

If you offer to read to him? 

His head will be in your lap faster then lightning, and his eyes will be looking up at your own waiting for you to begin.

He just loves the sound of your voice. How could he not?

Hands

Satan likes to hold your hand when out in public.

He likes knowing that you’re right there beside him and won’t disappear.

When cuddling, his hands are always either playing with your hair, or your fingers. 

He likes to kiss the backs of your hands when reading to you/when you read to him.  

Kisses

Satan kisses you like he has something to prove.

Every movement of his lips and the placements of his hands is clearly thought out.

He will lift you to wrap your legs around his waist so that he can hold you against a wall and kiss you silly.

His hand will switch between gliding his fingers through your hair, tugging gently to give him a better angle, and holding you by the waist.

Satan likes to be close to you when kissing you.

He wants you to remember the way he made you feel when he kissed you. He wants you to remember the feeling of his body pressed against yours.

And he will use every trick imaginable to make sure that he leaves you craving more.

Hugs

Hugging Satan feels comforting. 

He likes to hug you to his chest as he reads a book, and will often insist that you sit on his lap while he reads to you.

Satan just loves the feeling of holding you in his arms.

If you’re working on something, he likes to lift you into his lap so that he can wrap his arms around you and read while you work.

Cuddles

Satan likes to hold you against his chest in a position where he can be able to kiss your forehead.

He lets you tangle your legs with his, so long as one of his legs is properly between yours.

He likes that you’re able to wrap your arms around him too in this position.

Just give him love when you’re cuddling him please.

He’s so touch starved that he just melts whenever you press little kisses to what skin you can reach when he holds you like this.
