Isaac had been crushing on Jigen since he joined Lupin's gang of thieves. If asked what he liked about Jigen, Isaac would reply with something like, "What's not to like?" Isaac just thought Jigen was really cool, very down-to-earth, sharp witted. He was also funny in his own way as well as a great gunslinger. But above all, Isaac really admired Jigen's strong and loyal partnership with Lupin.

Isaac had always held loyalty in high regard. He'd been backstabbed in his life more times than he could count, even before he started life as a thief, and overtime this made him a bit more hesitant to trust others especially once he started committing crimes.

Only thing was, Isaac is younger than Jigen. He's the youngest of the gang by several years being only 21, which often made him insecure. He felt like Jigen would never like him back because of the age gap and because Isaac could easily be seen as 'immature'.

Isaac, Jigen, and Goemon are waiting for Lupin in a nearby park. Goemon was off to the side, cleaning his sword, and Isaac and Jigen were sitting on a bench. Isaac's mind was racing, unsure what to say. He then looked over at Jigen who had a cigarette in his mouth, as per usual. 'I wonder what he finds appealing about smoking...' He thought.

"You okay, Iz?" Isaac was snapped out of his thoughts by Jigen's voice. He averted his gaze, cheeks flushing slightly. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine..." He replied. Jigen took the cigarette out and held it out to Isaac. "Want a smoke?" He offered.

The pink-haired man looked at Jigen and then at the cigarette he was holding. "I've-uh-I've never tried smoking before." He admitted. "It's not that hard."

Isaac reluctantly took the cigarette, placing it between his lips and holding it in place with his teeth. Jigen pulled out a lighter and lit it for him. "Try breathing it in."

Isaac nodded and inhaled, only to immediately take the cigarette out, violently coughing and pounding at his chest, tears pricking his eyes.

"Holy-cough-crap!"

Once it was all out of his system, Isaac looked at Jigen apologetically. "Sorry Jigen..." Isaac couldn't see Jigen's eyes from underneath his hat but he cracked a smile, chuckling. "What are you apologizing for? It's not like it's gone to waste or anything. Besides, smoking's not for everyone." He took the cigarette back and put it back in his mouth as if it had been there the whole time.

Isaac's cheeks flushed again, 'Does this count as an indirect kiss!?' He thought. He excused himself and then went to go splash some water from the nearby fountain in his face to calm his nerves. What he wasn't aware of was Jigen's small smile at him when his back was turned as the older man thought about how cute he thought Isaac was.

God this is dogshit but whatever I'mma post it anyway ✌️✌️✌️

The Straw Hat Pirates had landed on a new island and their captain, Luffy, wanted to go to the local tavern for dinner. Everyone was drinking except for Luffy who was of course devouring all the food the tavern keeper had stocked up. However, one of the crewmembers, Isaac, had grown tired and wanted to retreat to the ship for the night. He looked at his boyfriend, Zoro, who was on his 4th cup of sake. "Hey Zoro, I'mma go back to the ship. I'm beat." He said. Zoro looked at his boyfriend, quirking a brow, "Oh? You want me to come with you?" He asked.

Isaac shook his head, giving Zoro a tired smile, "No need, I'll be fine. Just stay here and have fun, okay? And don't come back drunk off your ass." He said. Zoro chuckled, smiling that beautiful smile he rarely gave to others but gave to Isaac the most. "Alright then. I love you." He replied. Isaac kissed Zoro's cheek, "I love you too."

God knows how many hours had passed since Isaac fell asleep in his bed, but he was awoken by the sound of knocking at his cabin door. He slowly sat up, rubbing his tired eyes before getting out of bed and opening the door to see Zoro standing there covered in some bruises and minor cuts, with a bleeding lower lip, and looking rather disheveled.

This snapped Isaac into his senses, eyes widening, "Zoro, what the hell happened while I was gone!?" He exclaimed. "Got into a bit of a tussle, 'is all," Zoro explained nonchalantly. Isaac frowned, "This looks like more than 'a bit of a tussle'!" He retorted. Isaac dragged Zoro into his room, sat the swordsman at his desk, went to grab a rag and some other things, and then came back. Isaac began cleaning off the blood from Zoro's lip, following the typical procedures to care for each injury before giving Zoro what we in the business refer to as the 'disappointed parent look'. "What? You're not gonna kiss it better?" Zoro teased.

Isaac sighed, rubbing his temples. "What happened?" He asked. "What happened that could've warranted this?" Zoro frowned as he could tell Isaac was pretty peeved. "When you left the bar, I overheard some drunk bastards talking about you. They were being gross about your body, misgendering you, and talking about things they wanted to do if they got their hands on you and I was furious. I couldn't let them off the hook after hearing all those disgusting, awful things so I beat the shit out of them. Unfortunately, they got a few lucky hits in. " He explained.

Isaac looked at Zoro, surprised. "You did all that because some losers were being weird about me?" He asked. Zoro nodded, "Yeah. I know I've been training you in sword fighting for a while, but I still can't help but feel protective of you..." He admitted, cheeks flushing slightly. Isaac slowly raised his arms, cupping Zoro's cheeks, smiling bashfully. "That's sweet of you. Thanks for defending me." He said.

Zoro's eyes gazed lovingly into Isaac's, smiling, "You don't have to thank me. I'll always protect you. I love you." He then smirked, "But if you do want to show your gratitude I think a kiss would suffice." Isaac chuckled, "Alright, alright. C'mere." Isaac pressed a kiss to Zoro's lips before proceeding to kiss all of Zoro's bandaged spots. "Now, let's get to bed. I could use some cuddles from my Teddy Bear." Zoro scooped Isaac into his arms before they got into bed, cuddling close together.

"G'night, Teddy Bear. I love you." Isaac whispered.

"I love you too, Puppy."

This was my first time writing a one-shot in literal YEARS holy shit. (EDIT: I forgot about my one-shot "First Date Shennanigans" lmao)

I hope it's okay...I liked it at least.
