Animaniacs reboot segment ideas for season 2 (Warners only)

For Dot - Dot enters a child beauty pageant whilst the show makes it clear how toxic they can be.

For Wakko - OK if you’re reading this, have you seen Victorious? You know that one subplot in Tori Goes Platinum about Cat getting addicted to a British snack called Bibble? 

Basically that, but for Wakko. I just think it’d fit his character and could potentially be a well written segment about the dangers of addiction.

For Yakko (mean idea) - Yakko gets a sore throat or something and loses his voice so he has to find other ways to communicate. Might get a tad angsty, might be hilarious, either way he’ll suffer.

For Yakko (less mean idea) - Yakko hosts a late night talk show.

Other Warner segment ideas:

-The Warners go to a fan convention

-The Warners face off against evil counterparts of themselves. Hey, I know that sounds like a bad fanfic, but the comics did it (which the reboot staff may have read, Future Brain looks kinda similar to Dark Pinky…)

Although unlike the comic, they wouldn’t be mute, I wanna hear the voice actors’ takes on evil versions of these characters! Speaking of the voice actors…

-The Warners meet their voice actors. And no, I don’t know how this would even happen, I just think it’d be funny

-The Warners mess with a now retired Mr Plotz

-The Warners swap outfits and try to act like each other for a day (preferably Dot as Wakko, Wakko as Yakko and Yakko as Dot)

And as a sort of finale for season 2 (I know it’s a comedy show with no plot but the show was greenlit with only 2 seasons initially so the final segment of season 2 may be written in a way that could appropriately wrap up the reboot just in case…)

-Nora tries to separate the Warners (either by force or by manipulating them into arguing until they “break up”) so the studio can have each individual Warner star in their own low-budget spin off show to make more money. Of course her plan would ultimately fail, but I’d like this plot to happen because 

1.It would be a pretty good plot for a “season finale” and

2.Nora seriously needs more screen time/impact on the episodes she’s in. She’s a good character, I wish they’d let her do more.

And that’s all the Warner segment ideas I could think of. Well, all the good ideas at least. Honestly they could end up doing none of these and season 2 will probably still end up great (season 1 was so funny, seriously this reboot is probably the funniest kids cartoon to come out since Gumball please watch it if you haven’t already).
