A digital illustration of a water genasi. They have a grey teal-ish skin that's slightly translucent enough to see the outlines of their bones. They have piercings in the bridge of their nose, lips, ears, belly, and nipples. They're pulling off (beautifully so) swirly tattoos all over their upper torso. Their body is littered with numerous scars. Their eyes are black and bright blue where the irises are supposed to be. Their hair is long and black and they have needles poking out of their head like sea urchins.
