Herman watched as Caleb stepped over the wires, “[A change of scenery is always nice!]” his already permanent smile widened a bit, “[But that’s right your main source of power was indeed coal.]” he thought for a few moments before slowly nodding, “[Oh this whole building used to have electricity before I came to the Fog. And most, if not all that electricity came from Generators!]”
He brought down the rag from his shoulder, spinning on his heel back to the electrical chair continuing to clean it, “[The generators I’m talking about are much like the ones we see in trials. Though I’m not sure if the ones that gave Léry’s its power were using oil, or just mechanical energy.]” looking back over at Caleb he chuckled a bit, “[That house spider in the sky we call the Entity granted me the power of... well.... electricity! I don’t know much about it, mainly why it has... mind altering effects on survivors. But I’m not complaining!]” he laughed, adding to the noise of the room, “[..... But like I said eailer, all electricity has a source. And mine just so happens to be my heart.]”
"What the hell is that 'electricity' shite ya got goin' on 'round 'ere Carter?" Caleb approached the doctor, walking slightly hunched over while he had his redeemer slung over his shoulder, a look that mixed curiosity and confusion sat in his face

Herman looked over at the sound of Caleb’s voice, he had been cleaning off some blood from the electric chairs. The room was just filled with noises, from high volts of stray electricity cracking in the air, to those weird distorted voices coming from above. Tossing the bloody rag over his shoulder, Herman’s voice finally reaching Caleb’s mind,
“[Well isn’t this a surprise! Welcome to Léry’s Memorial Institute Mr. Quinn, please watch your step.. don’t want to get electrocuted, do we?]” He laughed a bit. “[Now... about your question, electricity is how almost everything operates around here. And that includes me.]”
