@GreatCheshire on twitter: Texas DPS just made a ruling yesterday that they won’t let you change your sex marker on your driver license anymore even with court approval, and folks who try will get put on a registry. No reason stated for why. No order to change both name and gender will be recognized

Trans people in texas please be careful right now. This is terrifying and not okay at all.

Please share so people are aware of this. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to show up to make this change, thinking you have legal court approval, and you get not only turned away but put on a register for it. Who knows how they'll try to use it against you in the future.
