Was in Barnes and Noble today, and I found a collection of Dazai's works titled "The Real Osamu Dazai." And this was on the back:

Like....why. How. I understand if you just see edits and stuff you'd think he's the main character, but like, watch one episode, read one chapter, and anyone with basic media literacy could tell that he isn't the main character. Even google could tell you that. Why does this keep happening??? My boy Atsushi deserves more than this.

bsd bungou stray dogs bsd dazai bungo stray dogs dazai osamu and especially in the manga when you take out episodes 6 and 7 the four backstory episodes in season 2 the three episodes in season 3 and in four then Atsushi really DOES play a much more prominent role the anime definitely made the right call to anime the lns don't get me wrong even if they butcher them but I'm just saying Atsushi really is focused on more in the manga the lns are there to build the world and side characters so it makes sense they don't focus so much on him whatever sorry this was a rant
