Today I bring you a modern terraced housing estate with 4 flats. I made this especially for LittleMsSam's Roommates Mod and I'm filling one flat with furniture for my "main Family". Step by step the Roommates will then move in. Whenever my Sims have enough cash, because the lot is really expensive! 😁 But you can also cheat and fill the house directly.
