okay so i just found out he's actually just the animated persona of this guy (daniel dobbs)

a guy sitting down on a beach with a cup of beer(?) in his hands

he also worked on some music vids for teletubbies, how about that?

so like... did we ever find out who kaspar funk was or what he looked like orr...
