Dark mode AO3 skin with an almost black background, a floral header background, and gold highlights on the header bar and favourite tags

The All Fandoms page, showing each box with a yellow-green outer frame. Links are a lighter gold and regular text is a darker gold.

Work Search page with the same aesthetic. The form has a black background with gold text. All entry field have a gold background (not shown: the text you enter is black)

Not Beta Read tag page. The T icon has been replaced with a golden T on a floral background. Each section of the tag description is contained in a box with a yellow-green outer border.

Examples of work blurbs. Each tag is contained inside a box. The boxes are coloured according to their tag type. Warnings are red, Relationships are peach, Characters are light gold, Additional tags are yellow-green

Kudos icon is replaced by one of the flowers from the pattern in the header. The comment box has the same floral border. The text entry box is gold, as is the comment button. The footer is gold with black text.

I originally created a site skin based on this aesthetic about 2.5 years ago, but it was frankly pretty broken in a lot of ways. As I was looking through my list of site skins, I remembered this one and decided to revive it and make it a little more usable.

If you like it or want to try it out, you can find the CSS code over here on github, along with instructions for how to copy/paste it into a skin for your own AO3 profile.

(as always when I attempt a site skin, if you find stuff that's broken, you can let me know and I'll try to un-break it)

I know you probably get these asks a lot, but I've really been trying to try drawing comic pages. I really admire how free and flowing your style is! I've seen your little tutorials and tips and idk what's wrong but I just can't seem to wrap my head around panel composition? Like I do wonderful painting comps, but I can't seem to break out. Do you have any resources or help to get started?
