cruel of tumblr to offer this to me ‘based on your likes’ cruel….but accurate I have found fighting perfectionism with kindness and patience and moving more slowly to be quite effective but we will always struggle with it those of us that are prone to it may we find people who love us in ways that help us be kinder to ourselves may we love and be loved by these people may we find paths back to ourselves that are kind and good and tender
