性能評価をしてみると、スピードが少し遅いです。 車体が大き過ぎるために３dプリントの時間がかかりすぎ生産性が良くありません。 改善する為には動力機構の改善と小型化が必要です。要するに再設計です。 この車体の基本デザインは好きなのですが、他のアイデアも試してみたいのでこのデザインは一時お休みします。 Megami Deviceたちには、世界で一台だけの車と言う事で納得してもらいます。

やっと、試作機の組み立てが終わりました 実際にプリントして、試作機を組み立てると色々な問題を見つけることが出来ます、 次に動作確認や使用感の検証を行う予定です。

3D プリントで部品を出力しました。 まず、CADデータを.stlに変換してスライサーソフトで3D プリントの準備をします。スライサーソフトで計算すると一番大きい部品は１５時間２９分のプリント時間で、思っていたよりも部品が大きくてプリント時間が長くなってしまいました。

F案の部品配置をアレンジしたものを外観デザインしてみました。 電池の収納を考慮してオムニホイールの直径を少し小さい３８φに変更しています。

必要な部品の3ｄCADデータが揃ったので配置を決めて行こうと思います。 部品の配置は設計の基礎になる為、 なるべく多くのパターンを想定しますが、今回はAからHの8個 配置によって外観形状のデザインと機能と使用目的が変化するので、 今回は女神デバイスの乗り物として楽しそうな物を選んで行きたいと思います。
