This is a gift for my workmate Paul, he's retiring. He keeps telling me that life will come up on him when he does.. so heres an Iron Warriors terminator, hundreds of years old, about to be cut up by the genestealer of life for the final time, a fitting metaphor of working yourself to death for no clear reward.

When the chips are down, the Iron Warriors fight through with sheer numbers, grit and determination. Whose to say the genestealer of life will win? I don't want to let it win, so I will continue to fight

Warhammer is cool too I especially like Guardsmen, and Tyranids. Been playing Darktide, it's really fun!

Discovered a little hobby shop near where me and friends would go rock climbing, and made the mistake of falling for it. ngl bad decision because I just do not have the time to commit to it š
Anyways, I bought a light gray primer and primed a couple of my tyranids. The vision was for it to look like their skin is glowing underneath the scales. I did a pretty neat colour sketch of it on my phone, but translating it to the figure was the hard part. I am not made for painting minis, yall šāļø
Shouldve used a smaller brush than I did, but I was also just not patient enough methinks. Looking back at it now, the figure wasn't half bad, but I didn't like it back then so I painted over it š
I also just used my normal acrylic paints cause I am NOT paying for the expensive ass figurine paints or whtvr theyre called šš¤
I'll redo this... eventually š
