His eyes are obscured by a red censor block and he stands at his desk, which is cluttered with papers, pens, letters, and more, including a full cigarette ashtray with smoke rising from it. Spamton is visibly disheveled, wearing a white undershirt with the sleeves rolled up and a loosened yellow tie. He smiles widely and nervously, with a light sheen of sweat on his face. He's speaking with someone on the phone, telling them: "Yeah! Yeah, I'll... just..."
