Teasing that doesn't go overboard.

Asking him to have a rest or a day off.

Asking him on what or where he's going to do.

Drinking with friends as long it's people he knows.

What's not okay with him.

Forcing him to ignore his job or the others.

Guilt-tripping him.

Ignoring him instead of talking to him on what's the problem unless there is a reason for it.
