anyone else get imposter syndrome about having sensory issues? like the thought that goes something like 'oh i can't possibly have sensory issues this is a normal reaction to a bad smell/light/texture/sound' and shit like that? well i have the perfect solution!!!
get a sibling. they'll trigger every possible wrong thing in the world all at once and when you ask them to stop chewing with their mouth open THEY'LL DO IT LOUDER!!! AND YOU'LL GET CALLED TOO SENSITIVE!!!
you'd never guess it but the 'sens' in sensitive is the same as the one in 'sensory issues'
