He realized he was still holding the gift box and forgot to put it back where it belonged. He quickly hid the box away in his sleeves and wrapped an arm around your back to lead you away from the drawer before you discovered his little scheme.

Later that day he finally got some peace. He was in his office, alone, and he pulled out the gift box to try his luck again. It was itching his mind all day. “Happy Birthday”, they all shouted but all he saw was your beautiful smile.
The smile grew when he opened his mouth, wide enough to stick out his tongue and reveal your gift sitting flat of his tongue.
You screamed and you ran towards him, hugging him tight, there on his tongues sat the piece of jewelry you got him.
You always said you wanted to see his pierced tongue once more. And so he finally went ahead and got that little hole.
“Happy Birthday my love”, you sang after giving him a kiss, feeling the metal tease the roof of your hungry mouth.
“When do I get ta lick my real birthday cake?”, he whispered that made you giggle but also dripping in excitement.
