Winterhawk Big Bang 2025 is here!

To all fans and shippers of WinterHawk! Author Sign Ups are open and Artists can sign up for a reminder now!

But first, for everyone who doesn’t know this event or everyone who needs a refresher since last year:

The Winterhawk Big Bang is a fun, relatively low-effort event, with just 7.5k words minimum for stories and flexible minimums on art and other collaborations. Artists is used as a broad term here and can include things like Moodboards, Playlists, and even Podfic!

Before you sign up, check the rules and this year's schedule first! After that, all you have to do is fill out our Sign-up Form. Be sure to send the form in on time; sign-ups close on 12 March! A confirmation email of your sign-up should be automatically sent to you within 48 hours - if you do not receive one please reach out to the mods via email (winterhawkbb@gmail.com), Tumblr Message or on our Discord server and we will try to figure out what went wrong.

If you're an artist interested in the event, you can sign up for a non-mandatory reminder before claims open! Be sure you won't miss the sign-up and all the wonderful stories that will be written in just a few months!

If you have any more questions, just want to cheer the authors and artists on, or are still considering joining this year, we welcome you to the Discord server to chat and cheer!

Fandom-Free Bingo - Madness May!

Please Note. Following implications of the behaviour of a certain previously-credible author and its affect on the queer community, we will no longer be reblogging fills from within the Harry Potter fandom. We never wanted to make this a political environment, but this has gone beyond politics. The money raised by this woman through HP is actively going into fighting against the rights of trans folks, and we refuse to support anything to do with her.
