Something I like about Dr Stone is that it gives all the main cast something they’re good at and let’s them be weird about it. Like, idk, when we learn about Yuzuriha’s love of crafting I was kinda worried it wouldn’t amount to much, especially since we don’t see her and Taiju for most of season 1, but then we get to seasons 2 and 3 and it’s like no, actually, she’s using her skills to piece bodies back together. She can make 20 shirts in five seconds. When she’s in the zone she’s so intense it genuinely freaks out some of the villagers. Or Ryusui’s abilities as a sailor/captain. He’s crazy good at reading wind patterns to the point that he’s able to just get in the hot air balloon and wing it despite specialising in ships. He got them through a storm by yeeting his hat and following it up. His only fault is being a capitalist

Since the latest attack by the IOF that displaced his parents, his siblings and their families, Siraj is the sole provider for 23 family members now. This is already when three young children are sick with serious infections during a time where children in gaza are not even able to to get basic vaccinations anymore. He is struggling badly to make ends meet, and it weighs on him greatly that he is not able to provide for his family at such a difficult time.

NatsuShin is really funny to me because Heisuke hasn’t really seen Natsuki after he initially tried to kill him during Lab Arc so if he were to just abruptly stumble upon Shin and Natsuki making out, it would probably go something like this:

thinking so hard about quigley quagmire. while the baudelaires and duncan and isadora always had each other, quigley had no one. he had to deal with the death of his parents, and maybe duncan and isadora, by himself. he had to learn to survive on his own, learn VFD on his own, had to get from one place to the other on his own. by saving him, his mother was condemning him to forever be separated from his siblings and alone; there is no scenario here in which he won. and when the baudelaires found him, they were separated again. there he is, once again, alone.
