“Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.”

Can I just say that I live for subtle touches….hands swiping against each other, arms grazing, knees press against each other, cheeks brushing, “accidental” thigh swipes. I just love the subtlety behind pushing comfort boundaries while both of yall pretend like you don’t notice. It’s really the simple things in life.
I won’t let you take advantage of women! Here’s the Mars Power flame of anger! I’ll punish you in high heels!

I want a home mostly just to welcome people into it. There will be bowls of candy for guests, and the cookie jar is full. I’ll always say “I was just about to make a coffee/tea/cocoa, would you like one?” when somebody walks in. There’s lemonade and iced tea made fresh on hot days. Once it hits That Hour and they start saying they really should be going, I’ll remind them that the futon is always open, and I’m making cinnamon rolls tomorrow. There’s champagne and sparkling juice hidden on a high shelf just in case somebody announces their engagement or their pregnancy or their new job while they’re here. There is an extra chair in the living room, at the table, and on the deck, and it’s for you. I want to be able to say “if you’re ever in trouble, come to me.”
So, after Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman there is one more queer, extra, british musical genius we need a movie about:
David Bowie
Make it happen.
Love love love💕
„That’s how it goes kids. The friends, neighbors, drinking buddies, and partners in crime you love so much when you’re young, as the years go by, you just lose touch. You will be shocked, kids, when you discover how easy it is in life to part ways with people forever. That’s why, when you find someone you want to keep around, you do something about it.“
Ted Mosby, How I Met Your Mother
“I want to know you whether you’re afraid of sharks or spiders death or love. I want to know if it’s grammatical errors that drive you crazy or the people correcting them, if you’re more comfortable shaking sand out of your hair or snow, if you prefer coffee or tea, bars or board game nights. I want to know which of your friends you’ve cried in front of, if you’ve ever laughed chocolate milk out of your nose, or kissed someone you didn’t love. I want to know you the you beneath the layer of small talk always kept shined and smudgeless I’m just hoping one day you’ll invite me in.”
