Fiber one brownie and almond milk (1/3 cup) - 80

Protein shake - 160 (BOMB BTW)

Omg I dipped the fiber one brownie in the almond milk bc lowky they be dry af and UFKHKFGH SO GOOD and super low cal treat definitely recommend if anyone wants too try

Also rant but I got my sister on the brownies lmao she absolutely loves them and she's helping me convince my dad to get more >:D

Eating/exercise rules for myself <3

Fast atleast 1-2 times week

No more then 800 cals a day

Absolutely no fast food (makes me so bloated omg even if I portion it)

At most two meals a day preferably only one

Atleast 10k steps 5-6 times a week

Days not fasting must do some type of exercise (other then walking)

One cheat MEAL a month preferably for a special occasion

Lots and lots of water try to chill out on the diet sodas

Lots of fiber too and protein if I'm gunna eat a meal

Omggg so I've lost around 20 pounds in like 4 months (when I started) and my grandma hadn't seen me at all up until Friday and the first thing she comments on is how much smaller I've gotten like omggg tyyyy tyyyy I know I'm trying 😋 and then she turned to my dad and asked 'are you even feeding her' well he tries I just don't eat it lmaooo

I find it funny when people say that they bInged or gained and have been avoiding tumblr

Even if that happens Im way too addicted to this app for that to be me

i just want to thank ana for teaching me the clean food options for everything and teaching me nutrition <3
