CAN THIS FUCKER STOP LOOKING LIKE A DAMN PUPPY FOR LIKE A MINUTE. I CANT STAND HIM.
god why did he have to go through so much shit man. bring s1 gihun home i miss his whimsy.
like why does he trust so easily. why is he so damn naive it keeps getting him in trouble. i hate him. i hate him. i hate him. (no i dont)
UUUGGGHHH SEONG GIHUN IF YOU FUCKING DIE IN S3 IM GOING TO FUCKING MURDER YOU. YOU CENT FO YHIS TO ME. YOU CSNT GIVE ME A CONFORT CHARACGER (well as if he's had any sort of comfort in his life...) AND THEN KILL THEM OFF AFTER EVERYRHJNG. DONT DO THAT TO ME.
oh angel baby :(
what did they do to you
well we know what they did to him but let me be sad.
like look at him
he wears his trauma now. it changed him completely. ugh all this show does is HURT ME.
the only thing that hasn't changed is his trust in people. how did the weight and cruelty of everything not ruin his perception ? like moments after sangwoo killed saebyeok he was still trying to save him. it made him trust inho as young il so quickly. it's how he connects and makes groups in these games so fast. it's what gave inho perfect opportunity to stop his little rebellion. to betray him.
god gihun just be suspicious of someone for ONCE. jt might actually save your life
(don't mjnd me calling a 50 year old grown man angel baby lmao)
Wip Squid game x DAN DA DAN
Sgtwt desperately needs to hears this I swear they’re always fighting amongst themselves about something every other week 😭
okay guys sgtwt is pissing me off so i’m coming here to rant instead because that place scares me 💔
THEYRE EXTERMINATING SANG-WOO STANS IM NOT JOKING. THERE IS A LITERAL BUNKER
so the people are fighting over sang-woo and gi-hun’s fight in season 1. some people are saying gi-hun was too mean (??) while others have said sang-woo was heartless in general, only looking out for himself and that he didnt care about gi-hun.
[screenshots of how it began attached]
after that, everything went to HELL
so i’m going to talk about this discourse and give my opinions here instead of twitter because i will get FLAMED.
here’s the questions we’re ultimately going to be diving into:
1) were sang-woo’s responses heartless or justified?
2) was gi-hun’s reaction and clap-back justified?
3) who was in the ‘right’?
everybody knows i love and cherish both of my babies intensely, but you know what ELSE i do? i understand and pay attention the flaws they have without letting it diminish my love for them.
why? ive said it once ill say it 400 more times. BECAUSE. THEY. ARE. HUMANS. IN A DESPERATE SITUATION. THAT. BRINGS. OUT. THE. WORST. IN. THEM.
we need to look at both sides of the coin here.

SANG-WOO
going back for a moment.
sang-woo was very visibly LOSING HIS MIND in general past episode 7. everything that happened fucked him up BAD, especially after ali’s death. we see him snap at player 069, (which i still believe was a subconscious manifestation of his inside feelings toward himself at the time fighting with the mindset of "i need to win the games" but that’s not on-topic rn) and later we do see the first time genuinely he kills a man.
(i find the lighting choice here, where he’s backlit by darkness, very fitting. he’s pretty much lost his mind atp)
but without him pushing the glassmaker, EVERYBODY would have died. gi-hun especially; he was at the very back of the line!
not to mention, sang-woo constantly repeats the “it was necessary” or, to gi-hun, “he was just somebody you knew for a few days” mantra, almost like he’s trying to justify his actions. (that’s called rationalization. a defense mechanism.)
i hope this is enough proof that, while yes, sang-woo had completely lost himself, he wasn’t just some heartless monster who felt no remorse.
--
GI-HUN
gi-hun, on the other hand, just VISIBLY witnessed his childhood best friend kill somebody. OF COURSE he’s going to be shocked and upset. we forget he’d never actually witnessed sang-woo kill ali, nor was he aware of sang-woo manipulating him — he likely just assumed ali lost the game in a fair fashion.
no wonder he questioned sang-woo; he wasn't expecting him to do that. he didn't find it necessary either, and from his perspective it looked like sang-woo had just killed him to get rid of him.
not to mention, that's still his childhood best friend! somebody he cares about a lot. it's very... off-putting to see people you love do bad things.
--
(one question i also see people contemplating on sgtwt is this: if the roles were somehow reversed, and gi-hun had pushed the glassmaker, how would sang-woo have responded? would he have been shocked, or would have have not cared? and would have have confronted him?
my simple answer to that is: i don’t think sang-woo would have confronted gi-hun at all, but i do think he would have definitely been shocked because of how gi-hun is as a person. it probably wouldn’t have affected him as much, but it would have likely shaken him up.)
—
now, about the actual confrontation.
(although translation is a large factor here, the words said pretty much boil down/summarize to this.)
gi-hun: “why did you kill him??”
sang-woo: "you got lucky at the back of the line, he was wasting our time, he would have killed us all"
gi-hun: "but he would have moved eventually, there was no need to push him"
sang-woo: "he watched ALL those people die and yet didnt do anything about it"
gi-hun: "he's the only reason we made it out"
sang-woo: "no. i made it out because i worked hard to make sure i stayed alive"
gi-hun: "stop making excuses. you killed him, his blood's on your hands."
sang-woo: "well it's almost like that's how this works"
gi-hun: “and if it were me on that tile, would you have pushed me?”
sang-woo completely ignores the question.
and then the boys started fightingggg 💔
sang-woo: “your life is so pathetic because you’re a nosy dim-witted moron, that’s how you got into this mess” (pretty much just throwing words around)
gi-hun: “well you’re in here with me, aren’t you? why is the pride and joy of ssangmun-dong who went to SNU in a shithole like this? hm?”
i find it interesting how gi-hun uses the very things he praised him for against him.
some people think sang-woo was mad because he shattered his ego. however, i think he was more affected by it because he knew gi-hun was right.
see, contrary to popular belief, sang-woo doesn’t think highly of himself. he gets visibly uncomfortable when people address him higher. [examples: his constant distaste of gi-hun ogling him , him constantly requesting ali to not refer to him as sir , telling mi-nyeo that he’s not the leader of their group and that they’re all equal.]
he’s not some egotistical bastard that thinks super highly of himself — he visibly LOATHES himself. it's implied in canon he’s had to put so much effort into (he’s an only child, and an INTELLIGENT CHILD in a poor household, so a lot of the responsibility surely fell on him growing up to make sure he could help their family get out of poverty) and now he’s fucked that up (i have another psychological theory on this but it’s off-topic and for another day)
so, do i think gi-hun's response was too harsh? no. i do, however, think he gave sang-woo a harsh reality check that likely fucked him up even more.
BUT. i do also want to just. bring up one thing; a major factor in the argument that people seem to be forgetting.
uh. it was an ARGUMENT.
some people don't always mean 100% of what they say when they fight; mainly because of the heat of the moment. (this is targeted more at sang-woo, considering he was literally just. throwing down insults like it was a playground schoolfight.) not to mention they were very obviously trying to strike a nerve to prove their points.
and im not saying this was some kind of freudian slip where they're revealing their unconscious beliefs on each other. i dont think they hate each other or some bs like the tweeters are saying, i just do think that tensions were heightened overall because they were trying so hard to prove their point that they started tearing the other down. etc. (however i do think gi-hun's rhetorical question was likely genuine: what is sang-woo the genius doing with him)
--
FINAL VERDICT
now to the final question. who was in the right?
..sorry for the anti-climacticness of this but uh. neither of them were in the right nor wrong. that's something a lot of people fail to understand. this was a fair argument. they both had fair points.
at this point sang-woo had lost his mind in the games, yet he still wasn't wrong: if he hadn't pushed the glassmaker, they likely all would have died, and killing is how the games work. morals are twisted in death games.
and gi-hun wasn't wrong either. obviously sang-woo shouldn't have killed the glassmaker, and he wasn't wrong about the fact that sang-woo fucked up bad to be in a place like this.
anyways. i hope ive fed you all. yes this is what ive been writing for the past something hours free me from sangihun jail i miss my shaylas 💔
yeah i'm quoting this forever
I am not meant for casual. I was born for soul crushing devotion.
THIS. THIS IS WHAT I MEAN. OMG I LOVE INHUN SO MUCH GUYS IM SHAKING GNAWING AT THE BARS OF MY ENCLOSURE I LOVE THEM 😭💔
Why do you ship inhun? Does the ship make sense? I don't kinda see it but I guess there is something between them, I'd really like to know your thoughts about it
Hmm. Interesting question. I do think they “make sense” in a shippable way.
Note that if you’re not into not-entirely-sane ships then it might not appeal to you. However, I can try to answer what appeals to me. I’ll try to put screen caps or links but ngl I’m not gonna try hunting down all of it. Here’s the manifesto:
So each character in the show often not only represent themselves, but to some extent the show’s themes. Since before Gi-hun becomes a victor, he is shown to be discongruent with the nature of the games. The first “true” meeting between In-ho and Gi-hun happens to be at this point in S1:
Mind you when this occurs, it’s after the gamemakers deliberately starve the players to incite violence between them. Deoksu/101 just killed a man. This outcome is exactly desired.
In a way this is a microcosm of the rest of their ideological struggle — that being whether or not humans are inherently selfish and cruel.
We later see the theme again during the last fight scene, when Gi-hun reaches his hand out to Sang-woo. Not only is this a moment of ultimate compassion, but for In-ho who we see is an avid lover of the arts. What else does this resemble?
The painting, The Creation of Adam. Aka the creation of man. (Stick with me on this, I promise I’ll explain).
Notice that this shot not only resembles the painting on a superficial level but in spirit. Adam is in repose and God is the one who reaches out, the one making the most effort to make a connection. In-ho’s face isn’t visible but imagine how he, looking down on it, feels at the very moment:
It’s giving new religion. Later on, In-ho will say something along these lines:
Race horses. And yet, besides his brother, at this point Gi-hun is the very first person In-ho takes his mask off for, something he does not do for even the VIPs. This scene also comes after he kills a guard because “when they find out who you are, you die.”
This treatment marks In-ho’s transition into seeing Gi-hun as his only equal (and yes, In-ho is arrogant that’s kind of his appeal, I don’t believe he thinks that highly of the VIPs either).
Another aspect is that in their final scene at Il-nam’s death bed, they are kind of marked at the inheritors of Il-nam’s system.
Gi-hun leaves Il-nam to witness his one failure. In-ho closes Il-Nam’s eyes.
So it’s the end of S1. We don’t know a lot about In-ho. However we can assume a few things. Both he and Gi-hun are both victors and victims of the oppressive system. Both of them went through anguish after their victory (In-ho’s is mostly inferred, but there’s a deleted scene paralleling Gi-hun’s). Both of them failed to save what mattered the most. Both of them can’t move on from the games and returned. They both abandoned everything in their life for this pursuit.
In a way, there is no other person in the world than can understand them more than the other.
And here is where the character foil aspect comes in. Despite their similarities, their character arcs are the opposite. Gi-hun at the beginning was kind but flawed, an impulsive gambler who could steal money from his mother and disappointed his daughter at many turns. In-ho seemingly was a well-loved, upright citizen who made sacrifices for his family.
And yet, of the two the one who became cruel and heartless was In-ho. The one who became more self-less and compassionate was Gi-hun.
How does In-ho react to meeting his polar opposite? It could easily be hatred or disdain. Instead it’s well, my next point.
Season 2 within the games is when most of us really saw the ship’s potential but there are many hints beforehand.
I and others have made some posts about In-ho’s wildly inappropriate actions towards Gi-hun even in S1. Why does he have to stuff the bank card in Gi-hun’s mouth, why does he send the invitation through a bouquet of flowers (actually he sends this invitation twice), why does he decide to physically be there when meeting Gi-hun in a limo on his birthday? A day, mind you, that he needs to be prepping for the games. In-ho doesn’t have to be there, he literally talks to Gi-hun through a speaker he could be in a nice hotel room. Somehow, it’s important for him to be there.
Can this be read as anything but a fixation?
Even when he joins the game his sole focus is on Gi-hun. He makes a concerted effort for Gi-hun to like him (playing hero, baring his true wounds, defending him from the ire of other players, even coming up with an flimsy excuse because he slipped up and called Gi-hun by his name). If he wanted to torture Gi-hun, he could easily turn the players against him. According to the director, his goal is:
But in front of our eyes he does shit like this:
He even bullies his guards:
Does that look like a hit to you 😭 I dare anyone to say that a different player would have passed. Especially when In-ho interceded in the first place.
Another victim:
And the looks. so many looks. You’re not behind a camera anymore, In-ho. Gi-hun can see you.
The one that makes me laugh the most is in the last episode of S2. Gi-hun is stressed about the vote, trying to come up with a plan, and In-ho is staring so hard he’s not even blinking, to the point where Gi-hun has to look at him.
And then again. Gi-hun is explaining about the control room upstairs. Meanwhile, In-ho:
He doesn’t even glance up. He just stares at Gi-hun until Gi-hun finally looks at him. Honestly this isn’t even all of them but I don’t have everything saved.
And the ending. Honestly this part is a bit heartwrenching and I think a few of us fans ignore it (I do too), but I’m trying to contextualize canon here. It’s interesting that despite how dangerous Gi-hun is – causing the disruption of the game, killing guards, and aiming to end the games on the whole – In-ho does not kill him. He has plenty of opportunities to. He even shoots his own guards to keep Gi-hun alive (despite Gi-hun in that moment running the rebellion). But he shoots Jung-bae instead and gives Gi-hun this last lingering glance.
Arguably, you can say In-ho does all this because he is sadistic. However, if that were the sole reason, then he has 400+ people he could similarly torture every year. Hell, he could have joined the games any year he wanted, too.
If it’s just an ideological struggle, then Gi-hun lost when he decided to sacrifice the X players for the greater good. Then, we are left to wonder what else he can want with Gi-hun that he has kept him alive.
The fact that the motivations are never stated and are subtext adds a layer to how fans are free to interpret it. Lots of kindling for our fire.
(I’m not necessarily planning to prove if it’s canon in this part, it’s just a treatise on why we see their potential due to this subtext).
I think if it were just a one-sided fascinating then there would still be shippers but simply not as much. The part that hits with Inhun is that In-ho’s efforts are not necessarily “unrequited.”
In the beginning of Season 2, Gi-hun has no one. He had been isolated for three years. He has no friends. He has no home. Consider this heartwrenching shot:
Gi-hun’s on the phone, calling the only person in the world he has a connection to, and he can’t even say a word to her.
Even before this, he was largely unappreciated. His mother was disappointed in him. His ex-wife resents him. Jung-bae his friend did not help him in his time of need. Sae-byeok was only in his life for a few days, but she was rude to him for a good part of that. Sang-woo – well Sang-woo is complicated. I don’t think he meant everything he said in the fight before the end, but I do think Gi-hun is the last person on earth he wants to meet after his failures. No one really talks to him kindly besides Ali which is more of polite friendliness than looking after him.
So as a #1 Gi-hun fan, it’s really nice to see someone just genuinely seem to want Gi-hun there? Not as a last resort or as an alternative, but the first pick (in a twisted way).
And Gi-hun is so receptive to it? I made a post about this before, but Gihun is starved for affection and I don’t think all that used to being treated gently. Despite knowing In-ho for a short time, he seems so. He just kind of… opens like a flower?
The first time he laughs in this season is over In-ho’s corny last name joke.
The look in that scene in general:
How he reacts to In-ho calling by hist first name:
Or when In-ho confides in him about what happened with his wife:
Or this one, when he’s dealing with the guilt of misleading all the players, and In-ho says this:
But also the moment in mingle where Gi-hun is so worried about In-ho, Jung-bae has to drag him into a room before the timer runs out. He wanted to risk it all I tell you.
And then, when everyone is calling out to him, In-ho only calls out for Gi-hun’s attention. Literally he couldn’t care about the others. He bee-lines to Gi-hun.
Or how he looks when In-ho shoots the guard for him:
Look at his face, and In-ho’s face when he gives In-ho the gun. They’re going to kill me.
Finally, this is more of a meta point but it’s kind of fun that this ship doesn’t always have to be that serious? We can go from writing about deep at times darker themes of obsession and manipulation and whatnot and then turn around and clown on them for being total losers with a crush (affectionate). Usually, it’s the same person doing it. Like me in this essay. We can also just make AUs with no squid games and still have the freedom with keep the parts we like (be it obsession or devotion or a mutual understanding) and toss out the rest, and they still make sense. They just always make sense (to me).
Honestly there are stuff I had leave out because it would just maybe at tad too long-winded (as if I didn’t talk your ear off lmao).
Again, this is not an argument on whether it’s canon or not, it’s just an explanation of fanon perspective.
brb, imagining a world where they get out of the games together and they go have that soju, and they're talking about their kids and Jung-bae is spooning some more food onto Gi-hun's plate because the guy still isn't eating enough and Gi-hun's already complaining about who's going to pay for all the food (he is of course) and they're laughing and already planning their next get together and it's sunny out and nothing hurts and there's no more games to worry about
Shout out to all the Black ppl that can no longer participate directly in the fandom they love because of the stresses of racism 👍🏾 you contain multitudes of value and I'm sorry that the color of your skin and the power of your voice makes people not want to acknowledge that.
I can never be happy in this fandom can I 💔
"Hyung! Don't you have other songs to listen to?", a 7 year-old Junho asked Inho with his annoyed voice.
"This is a good song, little brother.", Inho answered his younger brother playfully. Then suddenly he lifted Junho into his arms and made a dance move while singing - "Flyyy me to the moon.. and let me play among the stars..." - Inho was singing playfully to Junho, he was singing as if he was in an orchestra concert.
"Hahaha!! Hyung!! You're funny!!", Junho was giggling so much looking at his brother's behavior. Inho was smiling to Junho and continued to sing and dance with little Junho in his arms, nothing made him happier than seeing his little brother laughing with happiness.
-------🥺🥺🥺---------
I always wonder why Inho likes listening to "Fly Me To The Moon" so much. I first thought maybe because the song reminds him of his dead-wife (the song about people who are in love). But I remember that the song was first playing when Inho was trembling to the core while halucinating Junho after he shot Junho on the cliff. So.. I think the song reminds him of his baby brother. Maybe he used to listen to "Fly Me To The Moon" while he was playing some games with Junho when Junho was still a kid 🥺🥺 And now in the island, he listens to the song when he misses Junho, his baby brother.
ACTUALLY SCREAMED WHEN I SAW THAT THERE WAS A NEW CHAPTER FJSDAFHDBFGHBJDFNDBFHBDASHYF EVERYONE GO READ NOW
His gaze flickers to Gi-hun who’s still watching him, waiting patiently for his answer. He’s not pressuring him, not pushing– just offering him a way in or a way out if he wants.
In-ho sighs. He could at least try. What was the harm in one drink?
“No it’s fine,” he mutters. He straightens before fixing Gi-hun with a pointed look. “Just one drink.”
Gi-hun’s expression brightens immediately. “Exactly, just one drink!”

chapter 4 of my hanahaki/florist au is up. they get a drink. nothing bad happens (yet?) :)
Here's a thought.
Oh Il-nam says that the fake house he and Gi-hun end up in front of during Marbles is where he used to live with his family. Once we discover his true identity, we can pretty reasonably conclude that Il-nam designed this game room to be a reconstruction of his past, in a way. This of course is part of the overarching theme of nostalgia in the show.
With this in mind -
The Games in S1 (his final year of influence) reflect Oh Il-nam's version of the Games. Oh Il-nam's version of childhood nostalgia.
The Games in S2, then, reflect IN-HO'S nostalgia.
And from there, we can mine a TREASURE TROVE of headcanons, my friendaroonis
people who still say Gi-hun is stupid for doing the rebellion and that he should've never done it piss me off so bad because these are the same people who you can never stress to enough that any fight against a power that pushes for a class society and actively harms and dehumanizes another group of people is a good fight . Gi-hun choosing to try and fight back against an oppressive system is something that should be done and tried again and again and again. Like I bet you the people who say Gi-hun is dumb are dense as bricks and think the bread or lottery thing is the homeless' peoples fault
Hello, tumblr user. Before you is a tumblr post asking you to name a female fictional character. You have unlimited time to tag a female character, NOT a male one.
Begin.
Have we ever just considered that the Frontman acts like that because he’s 5’10
If you’re being questioned about a murder by one of those hobbyist detectives. it is an absolute rule that you have to be washing the dishes or pruning some plants while talking, so that when they finally get around to asking a pointed question about where you were at the time of the murder you can freeze for a second with a knife in your hand. It’s enrichment for them you gotta understand. They thrive off of red herrings, it’s their favorite treat, so even if you have a rock solid alibi and weren’t involved with the murder at all you have to give them some reason to be suspicious of you. It’s what friends are for.
I love talking to kids about disability bc
1. they often just Get It, and
2. they have 0 concept of disability as a tragedy or something pitiable.
I've watched kids get into an argument with a teacher bc they thought wheelchairs were cool. I told a kid that I can't stand for too long sometimes and they replied, "That's okay, I can't do cartwheels sometimes, but I just do other stuff then. You can sit down with me if you want". Today a girl asked me what the headphones on a classmate's desk were for and I told her that headphones are important for some kids because noises bother them, and she said she wished she had headphones at home, because her baby brothers make a lot of noise and it makes it hard to think. The idea that different people could use tools at different times is intuitive and simple and when accessibility aids are explained neutrally, kids don't see them as bad or unfortunate, they're just things that are useful.
Even mental disability!! In Kindergarten the other day one of the kids asked me why his table partner got stickers when nobody else did. I started off by saying, "Well, when you do your work well, it feels good, right? That's your brain giving you a reward," and the kid just right away went, "Oh, and the stickers are like his reward?" YES! You are 5 and have a better grasp on ADHD than most adults! Kids blow me away every day.
Stately as a swan, lanky as a spider, the Lieutenant sweeps through the darkness. Coat billowing around him, trailing after him. In the swaths of shadows he’s a moonlit moth, pale and fluttering and paper-delicate. In one long-fingered, white-gloved hand he holds a long black cigarette, which at the end glows a deep, heart’s-blood-red. The ribbon of smoke, tinged neon from the screens of the room, tangles around him. The ribbon whirls and disperses in the wake of his purposeful, crooked march.
He prowls over the control room floor like the floor owes him money. Grinding glossy tiles beneath ghostly pale heels.
Gi-hun’s coat and pants are a perfect pearly white, with just the barest touch of soft cloud-gray to temper the purity. The faintest of silvery tarnish, so light you’d never know it’s not truly stark.
But In-ho knows.
-_-_-
Chapter 9 is up! I'll do an aesthetic board later... I gotta work tomorrow and I should really sleep lol

Gi-hun: "she's my Wife."

Honestly, me when it came to all the games. Just everything in general I think cuz imagine going back to the place that gave you all your trauma. He witnessed his friends die in this place and the fact that he was able to keep his composure for the most part in order to help as many people survive is DJKJKHDGSDFNSNDNJS GIHUN THE MAN YOU ARE THEY COULD NEVER MAKE ME HATE YOU
“Whats your favorite horror movie?” Idk probably the moment Gihun realized he felt responsible for helping 455 people survive a seemingly innocent childrens game that only he knew the true intentions of and so he knew he would have to scream directions until his lungs dried out and remember every tactic he was taught and had to use all those years ago when he first played
He is so much stronger than i am i would've started shaking and crying bro the pressure would be unreal 😭

I miss his pretty smile so much. Can we please have him be happy again. I can’t take this any longer. I might just bash my own brains in if he doesn’t get the happy ending he deserves.
Young-il is talking to Gi-Hun about his wife while Dae-Ho listens in the background.
Young-il: sighs with a sad smile "My wife is so stubborn. Once she makes up her mind, no matter how many times I try to convince her, she won’t change it. Even if it's going to kill her!"
Gi-Hun nods and smiles in understanding
Next Day gi-Hun focuses on the game in front of him. Moments later, he does something incredibly reckless, causing In-Ho to break his cover.
In-Ho (inner thoughts): "GI-HUN, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! STOP THAT RIGHT NOW!"
Young-il: groans "GOSH, GI-HUN, YOU’RE SO STUBBORN! WOULD IT KILL YOU TO LISTEN TO ME?! NO MATTER WHAT I DO, YOU JUST DO WHATEVER YOU WANT—GOSH… YOU’RE GONNA KILL YOURSELF!"
Gi-Hun: grinning as he continues "Relax, I know what I’m doing!"
Young-il: "NO, YOU DON’T! THAT’S THE PROBLEM! STOP THAT RIGHT NOW!"
Gi-Hun: "Why? It’s working!"
Young-il: "YOU'RE LITERALLY BLEEDING!"
Gi-Hun: shrugs "Eh, just a scratch."
Young-il: pulls at his hair "OH MY GOD, YOU’RE ACTUALLY GONNA GET YOURSELF KILLED—LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE!"
Dae-Ho, watching the whole scene unfold, squints and mutters to himself:
Dae-Ho: "Wow… Young-il has a type."
The Circle Guard next to him, watching the two argue like an old married couple:
Circle Guard: "Yeah,he does"
everyday I remember that sangwoo is not buried properly and was probably burned like the rest of the dead players,
everyday I remember that saebyeok is not buried properly and was probably burned like the rest of the dead players,
And everyday I remember that gihun can’t go to their graves and grieve them because they don’t have proper burials, no flowers no candles.
gihun, youre so strong, ily 😪😪
Not to get emotional on yall but this photo is so powerful to me.
The size of the cliff representing the severity of his actions, the sway of the trees representing everything else around him happening regardless of what decisions he makes.
And Inho, standing there, staring at the consequences of his actions. His brother has fallen, the pain of the bullet in his shoulder cant compare to the pain he will feel not knowing what will happen to his brother.
The pain in his expression is small, but you can see it.
