Fat people are not lazy or undisciplined if they aren't trying their best to lose weight by crash dieting and killing themselves at the gym. People with acne and pimples aren't obligated to have a 12-step skincare routine with ridiculously expensive products. People with small or "saggy" chests are not required to do anything about that!! You are all beautiful I don't care anymore!!! No matter what traits you have or do not have, no matter what you do or don't do to be "better", you are still worthy.

I feel like people have tried to make this point and fallen into the trap of saying "you can't control it", thus alienating anyone who can control it (or even just thinks they can).
