1) Shut up. Enough with the pathetic temper tantrums.

2) Realize you are not exceptional or special in any way in your situation and many individuals have been through the exact same or worse and managed to succeed.

3) Find a tangible plan and work. Do it now. Don’t wait.

4) Any time you want to bitch, whine and complain or project your problems onto someone else? That’s your signal to focus, grit your teeth and work harder.

Just quietly upgrade your appearance, secure your financial future, invest, and max out on the benefits of it all. And don’t say a word about it in public.
