Today I bring you a modern terraced housing estate with 4 flats. I made this especially for LittleMsSam's Roommates Mod and I'm filling one flat with furniture for my "main Family". Step by step the Roommates will then move in. Whenever my Sims have enough cash, because the lot is really expensive! 😁 But you can also cheat and fill the house directly. An apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a big garden and a cellar for self-development. Hope you like it. Then enjoy it ❣️ Please use the bb.moveobjects cheat before set this lot. Thank you! 😘

MODERN HOUSEWARES STUFF PACK [Custom Content]

I am extremely excited to finally share with you what I have been working on for the past few months! This is probably the most ambitious CC Pack I have ever created, containing over 30 objects made for various rooms of the house! Interesting fact, this pack initially started as an “addon” for Moschino Stuff Pack before it evolved into a much larger project! Nevertheless, this CC Pack is completely Base Game Compatible! I hope you enjoy!

Here’s my attempt at an overview video for you guys

Decorate your house with modern furnishings, ranging from modern counter sets in the kitchen, complete with separated cooktops and ovens and simple sofas and coffee tables in the living room, to sleek furnishings in the bedroom and dining spaces.

Every object contains the same matching swatches, allowing them to be used seamlessly together, and with various other objects in the game, especially the objects in Moschino.

The Occluder Override is recommended as it prevents weird shadows from appearing on my cabinets when an appliance is placed under them. This occurs as I changed the shading properties of them in order to workaround an issue which affects ALL Cabinets in the game which cause all corner pieces to appear darker than the rest. This fix applies to all Maxis Appliances.

Cats & Dogs Painting Replacements

Hi guy’s,

I’m a lover of DaisyTighfield’s huge Painting Replacement Set (http://modthesims.info/d/554439/). I love it to use with my own taste and paintings, only for me.

So, with Cats & Dogs more paintings were added, but Daisy has not been doing anything for a long time. And it always bothered me that the Sims very often draw the infantile Pets paintings. A scribble-scrawl drawing becomes a masterpiece. Umm... seriously? ^^ I have been wondering for a long time how to get the image files. It didn't work with tuning extract, or I'm too stupid for that. But finally I found a way that works.^^  I left 3 paintings in their original state, because I find them fitting and also quite pretty. But they are included in the file. Feel free to exchange the pictures for images of your own taste and possibly offer them for download. But please give me Credit. I hope I can give you a little pleasure with it.

Spa Day - Matching Lotus Lights

Its an older Post by me on Sims4Studio .

Since Spa Day release I ask me why there no Lotus-lights for Walls too? This elypse as a logo tells me nothing. I don't associate this with a spa, but the Lotus logo already. So I've made these lamps about 2 years ago but never uploaded anywhere. Now I have reworked them and would like to share them with you. For the 3 floor lamps 'Spa Day' is needed, they are cloned from the original and only scaled. The GP is not needed for the wall lamps. I cloned a wall lamp from the base game for it. All of them comes in all EA colors. Feel free to recolor my creations, but do not include the meshes but rather please link to my Download Page! Don't share my creations on other pages (nor on youtube!) and/or give as yours!

I know, I’m late for an Advent Candle Arrangement, but hey it is for XMAS too. And our Sims can celebrate Christmas all 28 Days. So I’ve been not too late? 👼 

This arrangement has 4 slots for place 4 candles. So our Sims can celebrate advent. Every sunday a flame more. 😊

The arrangement you can find in Decor/Plants and cost 100§ and the candle in Table-lights and it costs 1§. I hope, you will like it.

More DHD Cupcake Lights Please!

Sometimes I don't understand the creators at EA. Sometimes they make a ceiling light in 3 different heights and sometimes not. Why? Then why the hell did they give us 3 different height walls? So that pendant lights that are too short look ridiculous?

Anyway, I think the cupcake lights are so cute, I had to have them in several heights. Even though I usually just play with the normal wall height, I love playing with the heights and making the lights smaller if necessary, as you can see in the next pictures.

The lights come in every original Swatch, of course, and a few Recolors, though not 100 or so, just a few that suit my taste. There is an extra recolour file for the original lights. As you can see, I have a fable for lilac shades. Feel free to create your own recolours and delete mine if you don't like them.

By the way, on the last picture you can see only my recolours.

I personallity hate adfly because it causes problems so often, trying to install some crap or paralyzing the whole pc. If I want to download something and adfly & co. makes problems, I close the page again and prefer to do without the beautiful CC. It just annoys me! And views doesn't really haves to do anything with downloads. I also give hearts here when I like something, but I don't need it, just to appreciate the work . Only the actual DL-Count brings the truth.

Simfileshare shows download numbers really wrong. For one of my downloads simfileshare shows 405 views but adfly shows 1200 views. Then I checked other links and all of them are wrong

Hi there! SFS doesn’t count views but does count downloads, so you probably will have some people who view your file but don’t actually download it. Beyond that, though, nothing about adf.ly is reliable, so I’d strongly suspect that their numbers are the ones that are wrong!

I did not plan to publish these shoes because made them for personal use. I made them “whipped up” for my models, ignoring possible visual shortcomings. And they have quite a lot of polygons - 6 398. But, despite this, my dear fans convinced me to publish them, which I hereby did. Do not judge strictly, I hope you enjoy it. :)
