update; I renamed him Arthur Jay Warren. Poor Mr. Warren is very popular in my friend group haha

a white, older man with shaggy salt and pepper hair and a scruffy beard. he is dressed formally in a waistcoat and dress pants, a purple dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and a tie featuring patterns similar to a vintage arcade carpet. His eyes are gold, and he is smirking. he is holding an old wooden cane.

He runs a waterpark + owns the only motel in town, hobbies include goofy ties and ancient blood rituals that require human sacrifice. He has a soft spot for his waterpark employees, most of them are broke collage students who need summer work, plus they don’t ask too many questions about the peculiar happenings around his business so he feels a bit bad for them. for ‘some reason’ all his employees tend to be oddly lucky in specific ways.
