🖤 Starting a Fast 🖤
Don’t go crazy just yet lol
Give yourself the permission to binge, but only if you, in order and completely:
1. Chug a liter of water
2. Run 5 sets of stairs (or around the lot 5 times)
3. 100 jumping jacks, 20 squats, and repeat
4. Write your name 20 times with the least-dominant hand, then draw wombat from memory
5. Snuggle your pet to oblivion, or watch 3 cute animal videos
6. Stretch, breathe in for 5, out for 10, and do that for 5 min in the dark
7. Take a Buzzfeed quiz and try to get every single option, read every comment
8. Call your mother and ask her about your first milestones
9. Shove a straw completely through a potato (it’s possible!)
10. Take an extra hot shower with loud music on and your favorite soap
11. Practice your best twerk moves to your favorite classical music
12. Choose a date for the end of the world and explain why in 500 words
13. Ask your neighbors for a AAA battery, then find something in your house that needs it and do something with that thing for 15 min
14. Draw the perfect circle. Find a bug and put it inside.
15. Say your life story in the mirror to yourself 5 times with 5 different emotions
Bet you won’t want to anymore.
Please note: I do not encourage eating disorders AT ALL. This is just for me, and also for those of us that are already fucked up anyways. If you do not have an eating disorder, do NOT follow these, please seek help and lose weight in healthy ways.

🌸 Max 700 calories every day, ideally under 500 calories
🌸 Eat fruits and veggies every day unless fasting
🌸 Fast once per week
🌸 Drink 2 cups of tea per day
🌸 Drink 8 glasses of water per day
🌸 NO sugary drinks, including pop, juice, and in coffee
🌸 Only drink water, tea, coffee, and occasionally diet pop
🌸 Log all food in MyFitnessPal
🌸 Only eat out or get takeout with friends, and only once weekly max
🌸 Do not eat after 8pm or before 2pm
🌸 “Cheat Days” are only allowed for special occasions and must be pre-planned
🌹 Go to the gym at least 2 times per week
🌹 Do at-home floor exercises daily
🌹 Walk everywhere. Only take an Uber or the subway when going very far distances
🌹 Bike to work whenever possible
🥀 Weigh yourself every morning
🥀 Record weight every day in MyFitnessPal
🥀 Body check photos every Friday
🥀 Always carry sugar-free gum
🥀 Keep up Tumblr blog and interact with followers
🌼 ALWAYS go to class
🌼 ALWAYS pay attention and make detailed notes
🌼 Make a study schedule and stick to it
🌼 Do readings/assignments/other school work every weekday
🌼 Finish all assignments early
🌼 Always start studying a week before a test
🌼 Aim for a 3.0 GPA or higher
🌻 Wash face twice daily
🌻 Moisturize twice daily
🌻 ALWAYS remove makeup before bed
🌻 Exfoliate twice per week
🌻 Apply face mask once per week
🌻 Wear makeup every day except to the gym
🌻 Always keep nails clean and trimmed
🌻 Shower once daily
🌻 Apply body cream daily
🌻 Do laundry weekly
🌺 Go out with friends at least once weekly
🌺 Always be friendly and approachable
🌺 Reply to emails and texts promptly
FOOD - avoid meat, but sometimes is alright - only 500-700 calories - avoid fast food/pre-finished food - try to cook by yourself - no food before 11am and after 6pm - tea without sugar - fruits and fresh food - cucumbers!
DAY - draw! - write a letter once a while (no need to send it) - listen to loud/calm music - watch your favorite series - study a lot - green tea (2-3 cups a day) - keep a water bottle around you - start off and end off with watching TV - keep a schedule
EXERCISE - everyday morning and evening - dance hard for 15-20 minutes - wall sits while brushing teeth - 150-200 jumping jacks - 50-100 squats - 50-100 push-ups
HYGIENE - hot shower, then shower cold - wash face every morning - brush teeth 2-3 times a day - clean room once a day (dust etc) - use shampoo and conditioner - use body stuff twice while showering - change bedsheets every two weeks
SOCIAL LIFE - help and be nice to family - try to make people you love laugh -act normal (not mean but not nice) towards people you don’t like / hurt you - study a lot to impress people -avoid talking about food or going to places with food - avoid looking or reacting insecure - look at thinspo when you’re alone
ANA - avoid food/kitchen - excuse yourself a lot ~ I’m sick/i ate already/ … - keep people away from your phone - keep some thinspo on your phone - have a paper with motivational quotes in your pocket/school stuff - keep yourself busy - play a lot of games/ draw/ read/ dance/ watch TV/ study
CLOTHES / LOOK - oversized clothes - nothing that fits perfectly until UGW - nothing too obvious - no make-up/ not much - hair open, ponytail or (messy) bun
THINGS I KEEP A REALLY CLOSE EYE ON/ WORK ON HARD - don’t. look. insecure - exercise twice - 500-700 calories - 11am-6pm - keep only the best people around (which for me is my family and 3-4 more people ❤️)

You could have: • thin arms • a cute butt • a flat tummy • slim calves • boney hands • visible collarbones • no double chin • thin legs • hipbones • (slightly) visible rips • a thin body
Don’t binge.
Waking up thinner is worth going to bed hungry.
