I’m Rising From The Dead For Whumptober!! This Is My First Time Doing Any Writing Challenge, So I’m

Part of my headcanon is that everyone from the islands 'soul' of sorts it made of stardust, so I like to think that, when Loop made that wish, the Universe heard, and let the stardust in their heart surround them. As an apology for not being able to relieve their pain, and pain is part of everyone's destined path (another hc that's a lil too long to get into rn hehe), they let them become who they originally were, and through that gave Loop a choice.

The Universe can't take the pain away, it can't change the paths of its people. Yet, it can let the people choose. It let Loop see the joy that comes after pain through Siffrin. And let Loop choose. Choose whether to continue living, go through the pain and hardship of life for the light at the end, or end it. Pain is part of life, but for that pain you can gain wonderful things. Yet sometimes, the pain isn't worth it. And it's up to Loop to decide the worth of pain and joy.

Do you guys ever think about the Universe giving Loop the form of a star, and how that may be the most intimate act of love the Universe is capable of?

Loop turns into a star and that may be the Universe’s way of saying “I love you, you are a part of me and I am a part of you— you are as valuable as all those lights you look up and pray to. I’m sorry I do not know how to help you, I’m sorry I don’t know who to make you now, I’m sorry my answer to your prayer only caused more suffering, I’m sorry I do not understand you, in all your mortal pain and anguish, but I am you and you are me. what if, when Siffrin loops back during the suspicious event in Act 4, he instead loops all the way back to the beginning, and Odile is now stuck in the loops with them?

Odile freaks out when she's back in the shop, and books it to where Siffrin is napping yelling for him. Siffrin, meanwhile, just woke up and is very confused. They hear Odile and turn around to see her staring at him. And he just looks horrified. Because Siffrin just trapped his family in here with him.
